We walked into the room and promptly walked right back out. It smelled like a 20 year old ash tray, there was trash, cardboard and a full on mattress littering the parking lot. No thank you.

Overall the stay was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Venue was beautiful. However, one of my family members who stayed in the second room complained the floors were dirty in the restroom and main room. She said the bottoms of her feet were really dirty after walking on the bare floors. Also I don’t think each room should have been charged the $100 deposit. Should have been &100 for the total reservation.

Overall the room was comfortable and the amenities very good. Loved the hair and soap products. Had to stay an extra day and asked for a light refresh of our room. Unfortunately it didn’t happen and had to ask for clean towels and coffee cups. Fuego restaurant was great-had the all-day menu and the food was tasty - mushroom tacos were outstanding and a very generous serving of the calamari! Server was very attentive. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, Venue was beautiful - may come back when the weather is warmer!

Great costumer service at the front desk and the on site restaurant.The room itself could use a little attention. Though it was clean, it shows its age. The furniture and decor in the room to dated and worn cabinets and toilet in the bathroom. Overall it did what it was supposed to do, provide an okay night's sleep before a cruise.

BAD: dust on the shutters, dirty Q-tip on the ground next to the bed, holes in the sheets. A little bit further of a walk then we would’ve preferred to get everything. A couple of bottles of water would have been nice near the coffee machine. When we asked the maid, she said they should’ve given those to you at the front desk upon check-in. Sticky floors you don’t want to be barefoot. GOOD: early check-in, very large room, vaulted ceilings, amazing views, away from most of the other hotels. Huge bathroom, great tub. Super comfortable mattress super comfortable pillows. High-end bedsheets. They give you enough towels that you can make a carpet from the bathroom to your bed if necessary.
