The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wife wanted a room that over looked the Christmas light display that was located across from the hotel and the lady at the front desk willing placed us in one. The room was large and in excellent condition. We had an early lunch the next day in the hotel restaurant and the service and food were excellent.

Convenient location, close to restaurants, mall and activities

I arrived very early due to an early flight, just hoping for room, not expecting one to be ready or available. Waiting in front of the reception desk for a long time for someone to come out from back office. Long time is about 10 to 15 minutes. When the receptionist came out, she was...disinterested to say the least, on a verge of annoyed. But to my delight she was able to fined a room that was available and so I was grateful about that. She handed me my keys with a lecture to call ahead next time I have an early flight because the check in is at 3 pm. So, next time I will be sleeping in the lobby or she may charge me a another day rate. The problem was not what she said, but how. I do know check in and check out times. Well, at least I got a room. Very thankful for that. When I opened the room, there was a family sleeping there. I quickly left without anyone being disturbed. I went back to reception and another clerk got me a room that was actually vacant and clean. Rest of my stay was uneventful, in a good or bad way. Beds are so comfy I would give 5 stars for comfort. 5 stars for location. Seems that some training would be helpful. When a guest is checking in at 6 am there is an opportunity to cash in, or delight. I was not presented with either option.

Wasn't the experience I expected. It says free internet but then you have to end up paying. The hotel itself looks old and the rooms don't offer anything, not even a fridge. I've stayed at a 3 star hotel with better accommodation than the Westin. It was disappointing

I woke up in the morning at 7am to ants crawling in our room notified front desk and was told they would send someone up.. checkout time 11am and was told manager would call me..still waiting!

Wonderful experience, love the hotel, it nice and super clean. The only draw back is they charge $25 to park your car per night.

When arrived early at 1 to check in and our room was not ready. The front desk told us they will call us when it was ready so we went to eat and at 4 headed back to the hotel. When we checked in our room was still not ready.

It doesn't feel like a Westin. Old smelly rooms! No nice water jar on lobby or coffee! They do have a little gift shop selling water for $5 a bottle.

It's certainly a great location. But if you work late, the kitchen closes about 10:30pm. That means you'll be going for a walk to get some food. At that time of night, the vagrants are everywhere. It's not the "Westin" experience that I'm used to.

Nice atmosphere. Good pool. Late check out on Sunday's.

Took my partner to Long Beach for his birthday weekend and was pleasantly surprised at how nice a stay this was for such a big hotel. We normally stay at boutique hotels for the added service, fun, and friendliness, but the Westin was just as nice!

We stayed here and loved it the staff was great! We were able to do early check in since we finished our cruise and was off sooner then we thought. It is really close to the pike, which there is a lot to do to kill time and great places to eat. You would not regret your stay here.

Wonderful staff, great location, and excellent breakfast

Westin hotels are generally great and this one is no different. Very clean and comfortable room. Superior linens. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Fitness room has enough machines to stay fit during your stay. For a small fee, they will loan you workout attire for the length of your stay so there is no need to pack it from home.

okay hotel in a good location

When arrived early at 1 to check in and our room was not ready. The front desk told us they will call us when it was ready so we went to eat and at 4 headed back to the hotel. When we checked in our room was still not ready.
