The front desk lady was totally unfriendly. She gave us a room with bay window top leaking (the un-repaired gap was very obvious). In the night when there was raining, the water leaked into the window top and dropped on the window counter, made really bad noise. I was totally sleepless for the whole night.

I didn’t like that a parking pass wasn’t included with the hotel. If I’m a guest there, I shouldn’t have to pay for parking.

I stayed two days at the hotel. On the first day I noticed the drain on the bathroom sink didn't drain properly and when I checked it turned out that the stopper wasn't hooked up to the lever that makes it go up and down. I pulled out the stopper so the drain would work and left the stopper next to the sink expecting that hotel staff would fix the sink by the next day. They didn't. That was disappointing. I also didn't like that they charge $4 for a bottle of water they put in the room and $10 for parking in their lot after charging me $160 per night for the room. In my experience most $70 a night hotels give guests a complimentary bottle of water and free parking.

Great location and great staff. The beds were comfy, water was hot and place was quiet

The hotel is a nice place and right in downtown. I did park my Explorer closer to the str

Nice room great breakfast. Staff was friendly. I will be back.

nice stay, friendly staff. easy to find. got us checked in quickly

Very unhappy with the stay and entire experience. At checkin I was given a room with a broken lock and was delayed because I needed a new room and had to run to a meeting which I ended up late for as a result of this. When dropping my bags in the alternate room they issued me, I noticed a loud toilet running/plumbing issue. I had to leave for my meeting so I had no chance to address with them yet another room with an issue and hoped the issue would resolve itself upon my return (as some running toilets can). When returning to the hotel late at night, I placed a call to the front desk for a wakeup call the next morning which I was assured I would receive. During the night, the toilet started running again very loudly, I could barely get any sleep but my only consolation in the moment was the fact I had a wakeup call in place. I never received this wakeup call, and ended up late for my morning obligation and checking out within moments of their checkout deadline as a result. The person at the front desk did not inquire how my stay went or thank me for my patronage. When paying for a hotel/service, this entire experience is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend the location of this hotel, but this part is a side note as I knew very well where this was located upon reserving. Everything else was not as described or expected and impacted my entire weekend, personally and professionally as a result of this hotel's lack of competency and operations from start to finish.

Old property. Lots of road noise. Not a great stay and will not be returning.

Better than expected. Nothing more to add. There is nothing else to say and if orbitzs doesn’t accept the comment this time I will forget the review all together.

We stayed here about 3-4 years ago. It has not been updated since then. Con: Room is ok, neighborhood not so good, Pro: parking space is excellent at basement, no worries at all for extended parking, close to Cruise terminal

Great experience even though it was for one night. The shuttle service is very helpful to LGB airport and anywhere within a 3-mile radius of the hotel

The hotel was not clean. We had hair on the towels and on the floor and a q-tip on the floor. The keurig did not work, in the room. The breakfast was not good.
