The property was undergoing reconstruction so noise began at 7:58 am. Asphalt was being poured and the parking lot was being redone so the smell was awful and it was an obstacle course. The interior was a mess. Our floor had experienced some water damage so the wallpaper was peeling and was stapled back to the wall, the carpet was being dried with fans, and it smelled like a swamp. This was NOT worth $180 a night!!!

I really like the bar that is on the p.h. the view is nice overall room is clean

We liked the closest it is from the airport and some of the other locations we were supposed to go to. We disliked not being told the facilities were under construction so there was no access to the swimming pool, and the early noise the construction crew made. There was an isolated security breach incident that my wife, my daughter, and two staff members experienced when riding inside of one of the elevators. The elevator maintenance technician didn't placed any signs by the elevators doors advising patrons not to use the elevators, because they were being serviced. While riding the elevator, the technician turned the power off provoking the four souls to get caught in the elevator until after one of the crew members radioed requesting to turn on the electricity. Can you imagine the trauma my family members would have had to go through if there had not been a hotel member in the elevator?

This was a scam hotel. Don’t stay here. They have no sense of human decency.

I was not aware the pool was closed.. for the amount I paid their were no services for me

Great location next to airport. Nice views from the restaurant. Will return

The barista is very friendly with good customer service

Nice place to stay waiting to leave on cruise ship. Kinda far from port, no shuttle. Good breakfast.

The most striking positive was the people. So very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well located. A lot of freeway noise but when we shut windows and put fan on, it was tolerable.

They need double pane windows so you are not hearing all the traffic! Everything else was nice. In the single room physical bathroom really small. But has open sink area next to it.

Restaurant closed no food or drinks Evening meal or breakfast

Good Hotel. Fine for business travel. Nice they had a free shuttle to the airport and back.

Comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast. Was in town for family reunion.

We didn't know the penthouse restaurant/lounge was closed for renovations - one of the main reasons we stayed there. Also, we found out that the Orbitz booked rooms are the un-renovated, nasty rooms. They gave us a room on the 9th floor (2 floors under the construction noise). It had the 'popcorn' ceilings, dirty walls, it was disgusting. We complained and asked for another room. They did move us to an 'executive' room on the 2nd floor - what a difference! That room was newly renovated (no popcorn ceiling), the bedding was nicer, the bathroom was re-done. That was nice. But I am disconcerted to learn that Orbitz (or 3rd party booking) rooms are not as nice as regular rooms - i.e. they give you sub-par rooms!

Very clean and modern, great view from the penthouse panorama grill. Will recommend and return
