This is a lovely property with clean rooms, excellent amenities, including a Starbucks hub in the lobby, and an adequately stocked bar. However, what stood out the most was the service. From the time we checked in until we departed, the staff was courteous and helpful. Even at 1:45 am, Pearl greeted my husband and me with a smile and some zero:dark:30 conversation. The room was very bare. No shower cap, blow dryer, lotion, extra pillows/blankets. Only one bar of hand soap and one makeup remover package. I expect more from Marriott. The bed itself was stiff, hard mattress too. The bathtub floor was slippery to the point my mom couldn’t take a shower she could’ve fallen. No vent to clear the bathroom odors.
