Great location coupled with very helpful staff made my stay easy and helped to be productive during this business trip.

Loved the new renovated rooms and the close vicinity to the convention and entertainment center.

I STAYED HERE DUE TO A CONFERENCE LAST MINUTE. THE ROOM WAS A SHORT WALK TO THE LONG BEACH CONVENTION CENTER. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS NICE. THE HOTEL MANAGER I BELIEVE HIS NAME WAS SHAWN EVEN GAVE US FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DINNER AND LUNCH. THE ONLY THING THAT I DID NOT LIKE BUT IT WASN'T A DEAL BREAKER WAS THAT THEY CHARGED US FOR MY 14YR OLD NEPHEW TO STAY IN THE ROOM WITH US. $10 A NIGHT, SINCE WHEN I BOOKED THE ROOM I ONLY SAID 2 ADULTS.

Great hotel and location. In the heart of city of Long Beach. The beach is a ten minute drive away.

Will definitely stay again. Great hotel, and awesome pricing. Only thing I would change is charging hotel guests for parking

Clean room with a nice friendly staff. Very nice breakfast bar. Wifi a little sketchy. Decent gym and pool. Beds are a little worn - saggy in middle. Great walkable location within the "district".

Clean, not fancy. Not a lot of food in the immediate area, but decent rates. Nice, cheaper alternative to the other convention center hotels

Convenient location near many points of interest. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable; however lights in the room had no dimmers all bright lights. I traveled with my grandkids and they like a night light...which we forgot, so a light had to stay on. I would have used the bathroom light with the door cracked open, but the light in the bathroom turns on with a fan running, no option to turn off fan when using the bathroom. No jacuzzi on site.

Affordable hotel with clean rooms and modern design in Long Beach with excellent location near convention center and East Village.

We booked a quiet room ( seniors ) weeks early, confirmed day of travel. Our room was right by a very busy bus stop and traffic light. Heavy braking and accelerating all night long and hotel was too full to move us. Very disappointing. Also poor was the breakfast. Imitation bacon tasted like plastic and imitation omelets like cardboard.

Stayed here on a Friday night. The location was perfect and right near the beach, just a short walk. Hotel staff was really nice, and the hotel was really clean.

Very friendly staff! Hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable. Did not want to leave!!

It was convenient to the area I needed to attend for the conference and foods

I came in late and staff was very accomodating, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample. I would stay her again. Location is good, within walking distance of the waterfront and activities.

The hotel was great. It was very clean I was amazed how clean it was. The breakfast was great, staff was great. I enjoyed my stay there in Long Beach. I would surely recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is clean and nice , close to beach. but a little bit noisy at night

Great location and good value. It is close to the convention center and has breakfast which is great for work travel.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room clean.

Was in town for a convention- couldn't beat the price or the comfort as well as the convenient location anywhere else.

We are older people and this hotel was so easy for us to "navigate" for 4 days. We will return here.
