Overall, our stay was good. Room seemed clean, although a little beat-up (rust on towel bars in the bathroom, mildew in the corners, furniture scratched, ends of bedding starting to fray). Only provide cleaning on the 4th day of stay, but you can request towels & other things as needed by calling or going to the front desk. Also, it is $18/day for parking, & your room card should allow you access through the gates, but that was hit/miss depending on the day. I seemed to be asking for access on our cards every day. Although the staff were friendly, it seemed that they were very short staffed so service was inconsistent. One night, we called for towels, but it took so long, I ended up going to the front desk. Another night, we went to the desk to ask for towels and an extra blanket, and they said they'd bring it up to our room. But they only brought the towels, not the blanket, so I ended up going back down for the blanket. When they cleaned up the room, they only replaced one blanket, rather than two. Our toilet was clogged one afternoon, & we had asked for it to be serviced. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, we went to the front desk to ask if someone could just give us a plunger. 15 minutes later, someone showed up with a plunger at our door, but didn't come in to take a look or ask about clean up. So we went down to the front desk again to get more towels to clean up. Breakfast was also hit or miss, eggs one day, a egg concoction that included chips, cheese, & salsa.
When we entered the property after a long day of travel it would have been nice to receive a kind greeting, or any greeting at all really. The woman at the front desk did not smile, and she didn’t say a word she just stared at us. It was an odd and very unwelcoming first impression. After I stated our last name she continued to be abrupt and rude both in her tone and lack of any helpful attitude. My family tumbled into bed that night and awoke the next morning to discover their were no towels in our room, not one. I was not about to deal with the front desk again and start my morning off the way the previous day had ended. We all dried off with wash clothes.
We like the place. Very clean.
Always have great staff. Had a roach but they moved me to the opposite side of the property. The property needs some updates, heaters are a bit noisy and rattling. Can't give it 5 stars because of those items but again, staff's fantastic and amenities are good.
We checked in after hours and the desk attendant was very nice and helpful. Breakfast isn’t a traditional Continental breakfast so we enjoyed having hot options. The property was nice, we definitely will stay again to enjoy the amenities if in the area.

We definitely would stay again!
Awesome customer service and very clean hotel.
Very close to airport. Beautiful grounds
Breakfast is very limited. Other than that everything is fine
We had a really nice stay. Very comfortable bed. Quiet HVAC. Very safe-feeling. Only two complaints: I wish there was outside seating for the breakfast. I needed to eat my hot breakfast, but could not go back to the room because someone was still sleeping there. There was nowhere to sit down and eat, due to Covid restrictions. You have lots of tables inside. You could probably close off most of them and still accommodate a dozen families for seating. Also, you need to have some milk alternatives for vegans. There was no way to eat cereal or have creamer in the coffee. Any coffee house today will have soy or coconut or oat milk nowadays. You have 3 creamer choices, but none of them vegan. We asked.
Hotel is family and pet friendly. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast choices.
I enjoyed the stay Everything was clean & Nice ill book there every trip .
Relaxing place to stay. Very clean rooms. Close to the airport.
First of all I love staying at Hyatt place because of how spacious it is, but I would never stay on the one by LAX. I don’t know if they were having issues but their sink and tub went don’t super slow and the walls you can hear people laughing and upstairs people footsteps
Front desk receptionist were all nice and professional. Loved my stay with my family!
