Great Pacific Ocean Views, not too crowded, great food options

Really enjoyed the grounds and amenities. The food could be better.

Terranea was heavenly! The location and views are simply breathtaking! One of the most beautiful resorts we have stayed at on vacation. Our kids loved the pool. With multiple restaurant options, we are at Nelson’s overlooking the ocean to a perfect sunset. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It’s a great dolphin/whale watching area too. Love the history of the resort that it was at one time, Marineland, an oceanarium and was sold in the 80’s to SeaWorld. The views are just as beautiful in person as they are in the pictures. Thanks Terranea!

When we first arrived, it was a very welcoming experience provided by Corey. Upon arrival my finance received a complimentary glass of champagne and since Corey didn't want me to go empty handed I got a stuffed animal since we were there for our babymoon. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel with great pools and dining. The kids pool was amazing, my son loved it

Could be a lot better for its unique location however spoiled by the staff who are racist and not helpful. Asked to transfer my luggage . It took them 2 hours to send them to our room after check in.

This place is amazing. I really don’t have more to say.

Terranea is highly overrated. This is not a true luxury hotel/resort. I had issues with almost every part of my stay. Bad experiences ranging from not having my room cleaned, to not having fresh towels, to having friends whom had ordered bottles of wine to be delivered to my room for my birthday not being delivered (they eventually got there but it was embarrassingly late), to dinner reservations set months in advance mysteriously disappearing, to paying for an ocean view room that overlooked the kids pool, to having to carry my own bags from the valet line inside to only wait in a longer check in line with no offer of help again with bags (ps: when I asked the woman checking me in said we were only on the 7th floor...) The spa itself was lovely but the services were lack luster compared to other experiences I’ve had. The most hilarious part about this stay was every time someone went to ask me for my room number and would ask me to sign “my mother’s bill” (I was on this trip with my mother), I would have to correct them and say it’s under my name - assuming that I was on her tab and the room was not linked to my credit card based on how I looked. Embarrassing that this happened on almost ever single instance where I had to sign for a room charge. Best advice: if you are looking for a place to go take lovely scenic photos, just pay for the day passes like the rest of society seems to...do not waste your money or your time here. It is not worth it.

All personnel were pleasant and provided great service. Daily Resort Fee includes limited services / amenities.

Although very busy, I always felt like the staff was attentive and helpful. Views are lovely, rooms are clean and up to date. Couldn't ask for more! While I am not crazy about their room service, I didn't go for that so it wasn't so much of a big deal. As you can imagine, the weekend was busy so we didn't dine in at any of the eateries on the resort. But overall I was very satisfied with my stay and will try going back on a not so busy weekend or weekday.

great resort, top notch staff, and lovely accomodations

The staff was terrific, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way

Lovely staff. Rooms were comfortable. Restaurants were pricey but you get what you pay for here. Five stars all around...

This was our second stay at this luxurious resort and we were NOT disappointed - the hotel is beauiful and the surroundings magnificient... the only isssue we had was room service -it was terrible

Great staff, room was beautiful as well as all the beautiful scenery.

It was amazing! Staff was courteous, engaging! Location was phenomenal and u will feel peaceful while there and afterwards!

Booking, checking in & out, billing, coordination between hotel facilities and reception was on unacceptable level. Despite of great infrastructure and excellent food & beverage the poor work of reception team, concierges and hotel's IT system created stress for us and feeling of wasted time.

We are family of 4 and we stayed 4 days in this resort. Staff were super polite food was good, lot of things to do whitin the facility: 4 pools in including kids friendly water slide, canoeing, horse back riding and golf. We will come back to stay again !
