This is near a marina which is quiet. The room staff forgot to service the room on my 2nd day but I had everything I needs so not a problem

The area around the marina and park was very pretty. Didn’t seem walkable to anything, but beyond didn’t look like an area I would want to walk to. The staff, especially the restaurant staff were GREAT!!! Picked this hotel for its close proximity to the cruise port and free shuttle to the port. Perfect pick for that.

Unable to access the room due to dead batteries in the locking mechanism. Trim along the wall on the second floor separated from the wall. Chair coverings in the restaurant need to be replaced.

We had a very pleasant stay. We were able to walk to the beach from the hotel and the room was very clean and quite. The staff was very helpful, personable and fun!

This hotel is in an outstanding location. The hotel itself is neglected. The sofa in our suite was really stained and dirty. The carpets need to be cleaned. My sister's room had a broken bed and she had tonchange rooms. I ordered a roll away bed and they said it would be in my room, which it wasn't. Told them to bring one up and they didn't. I had to ask 3 times before it finally arrived. They claim to have room service, but they don't. Its actually just take-out and you have to go down and bring it up yourself in a grocery bag.

This was a good option for us going on the cruise. They had a shuttle but the time we got there all the time slots were taken which was a little annoying. They did have later times which in hindsight would have worked out better. But we ended up taking an uber.

Very pretty area and surrounding. Hotel needs to be renovated but it’s kept clean. It took 20 minutes just to wait to get checked in. I actually left this hotel because the staff was so rude.
