Parking is always an issue here as every space is only a compact car space. Many work crews overnight here with their work vehicles and this starts a domino effect when their vehicles exceed the amount of space designated, forcing everyone else to do the same. If you can avoid it, don't accept a room facing the 101 highway, unless you don't mind getting much sleep. On the plus side, the property is very convenient for access to Malibu Canyon, Making, Pepperdine University, etc. Rooms are usually fine.

The price is unbeatable. The rooms are ok, the location is amazing. It's a walking distance to a shopping plaza with Starbucks, restaurants and a large grocery store. You can also walk to a small picturesque creek. The highway is right there. A very short drive is an upscale grocery shop and another nice shopping plaza and a little further is Whizzin Plaza - highly recommend for restaurants and shopping experience

Service was friendly and room was a nice size and looked like it had been cleaned quickly. I say quickly because there was a gross smelling sandwhich left in the fridge and the side of the toilet looked like someone had thrown up and it was only half cleaned. Beds were made and forst glance the room appeared clean.

Clean and simple
Very clean. Shiny and new. Basic but pleasant. Lighting a little harsh in the room...could've used some low-level light by the bed. Shower and bath water pressure was low. Did not try the pool. Hass vending machines that DO take credit cards and tap payments. Nice enough. Would come again.

We were given a room that looked liked it hadn’t been used in a while w/cobwebs & small dead critters…door not sealed at bottom & while we were inside gardener blew leaves into our room!! The next day when they came to change towels they didn’t leave washcloths! Parking is terrible when they allow customers to take 2 spots for their car’s & handicapped senior citizens have to park halfway around the bldging & walk back to their room late at nite!
