When my teen daughters decided that we were going to Universal Studios during spring break, I did get ONE choice... Thank you Four Seasons Westlake Village Staff, you were incredible.
This is not the classic Four Seasons hotel experience. Geared more for groups, weddings, and banquets there is a no frills feel of the place. Yes it looks the same , the bed is comfortable and the spa nice but the food is just adequate with less than adequate selection, dining area underwhelming, and no sense of place. Won't go back unless we had to be in the area then it would be ok.

I've been all over the world and stayed at all the four season this hotel is not a four seasons . I'm very disappointed
Very nice hotel - we were impressed with the room - it was just an overnight stay, but we enjoyed every minute.
This hotel never lets you down. You wont regret booking at this hotel.
We were greeted with champagne and a rose for me! Constantly treated like royalty and everyone was so polite. The most beautiful hotel. I loved it.

2nd time here, and I've yet to think of a legit complaint. Such a great experience. Here are the ONLY things I could find to complain about: - confusing entrance to the pool from the hotel. Lots of doors and hallways - poolside service was a bit slow on Saturday, but staff was friendly - cell signal a bit slow in the rooms. Basically like every other building on earth Now to the good stuff: - amazing staff, without exception - nice bar scene and restaurant, so you don't feel like you have to leave too much - fantastic pool. Wish I could sit there everyday - comfy rooms. Nice bed, v clean. Great bathroom Already looking forward to my next visit
We had the best family vacation. The grounds are gorgeous and the value is amazing. Perfect place for a family reunion or a wedding!
In addition to the actual hotel being one of the best we have ever visited, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made sure that we enjoy our stay to the fullest extent. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, they made special efforts to make it even more memorable and even a made a personalized greeting card for us. Top notch service. Make sure you use the indoor pool at least once if you stay here. It's gorgeous and serene.
