Room was not serviced for half of the days I stayed there.

We enjoyed the $14 credit for breakfast at the restaurant next door. That was unexpected.

if you are late leaving in the morning they don't always clean the room

I thought the hotel was good for the price, but I was disappointed that they did not offer a free buffet breakfast like other Best Western plus, I have been to.

I've stayed at several Best Westerns over the years. For this category of hotel, I can say it was one of the best ones. The staff was VERY accommodating, housekeeping did a nice job and responded to some specific requests. The room was very quiet and we did not hear our neighbors or, indeed, any other guests. There is a nice courtyard that is relatively quiet. The pool is in a separate area. The only shortfall for me is the fact that there is only one washer and dryer on the premises, but then again, we stayed for seven nights. (Actually, I did not have a wait on the day I wanted to use it.) I'll stay there again.

First night hotel restaurant closed early and could not get anything to eat. Second day no coffee or shampoo replaced in room - third day no room cleaning at all and extremely poor customer service to rectify. Took over an hour at 9pm to get towels, coffee shampoo etc - eventually resulting in the front desk not taking our calls - will NEVER use this hotel again

This Best Western gives you a $7/person credit toward eating breakfast in their restaurant, but they don't offer any sort of buffet. The service is slow and that credit doesn't go nearly far enough. Otherwise, it's just OK, but the breakfast option means that it isn't very cost effective, though the location is good.

Not a bad hotel but not great. The location is not at all there is a Starbucks rite in front and a lil shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. A few things like trying to open the gate with the key card was frustrating didn't work correctly took many tries. Our heater in the room would blow warm air for about a minute then just blow cold air until you shut it off and back on then another two minutes or so of warm air. For some reason it smelled musty when we walked in wife sprayed it down with body spray and fixed it some.

Was in town for a wedding, very easy to get around. Breakfast was not free and grounds are being updated, but otherwise great

The hotel is very nice and in a good area. The room was spacious and clean when we arrived. The balcony is a nice bonus.

Wasn't at the hotel much, just there to shower and sleep, the rooms were clean, room was quiet, and easily accessible from the highway. I will stay here on my next trip to see my son.

We try to service every guest room every day at our location unless we see a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. We then will go in every other day for service. Always know the front desk is available 24/7 for any special requests or anything you might need. We hope to see you again!

The Original Pizza Cookery is the official breakfast set up for our location and we provide each guest a $7 voucher that goes towards the restaurant per day. It is an amazing addition to the room and if it doesn't cover the cost completely, it comes pretty close! We appreciate your feedback and we hope to see you again soon!
