This was a horrible stay! I stayed for 2 nights. They put me in a room right outside the elevators, with a pool view. Both mornings from 8am-5pm they had construction outside my room that was on going. I called and wet to speak to the front desk, that was located on a side room. Thy were very friendly, but only insisted to relocate my room to the back!!!! After the first night?!?! Why didn’t you locate me knowing you had construction already?!?! I wasn’t happy!!! The next morning woke up with more construction at 8am!! Left with bare minimum sleep and loud noise all morning!!! It was a horrible stay!

Only towel in the room was full of hair. Construction started at 6:30 am right outside my door not 8 like I was told. Door barely latched like it was kicked in before. I moved a chair in front of it to make sure it didn’t just swing open on its own.

The room was in good condition but was not what I would have expected since it was supposably just remodeled. The exterior of the hotel was also in a bit of disarray as it was also being remodeled. Hopefully they will complete the remodeling soon. The pool and jacuzzi were nice which made our stay much better.

Ongoing construction, however the completed rooms are very comfy and clean. Elevator is a little sketchy and needs some work. Area around property could use a little cleaning up. No breakfast because they are remodeling. Ice machines on floors 1&2 need fixed. Overall the stay was just fine. Little details that could be improved or fixed is all.
