I liked that I could have my dog for no extra charge. I didn’t like that our room was filthy they had no extra blankets. Staff was pushing their cart around by our window at 8:00 am and yelling.
Not sure if it was just the room I was in, but it definitely needed to be updated and facilities maintained within room. Showers had aluminum foil, and old “shower” discoloring in tub and walls. Sheets on one bed had small stains. Carpet didn’t feel clean. And even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled the moment you walked in. Probably the carpet. There weren’t enough outlets near desk and only 1 of 2 worked by the beds. HUGE plus, the AC worked well and kept room super cool. Also, pet friendly with ample areas to take pets out. I have stayed in La Quintas before but this one was a disappointment even for the price paid.
Everything, especially the night clerk helping me find my room and take care of my luggage as I am physically challenged.
Love easy access to 101 freeway. Front desk staff Jennifer was so nice, accommodating. Love variety of breakfast entries.
Gross. It’s says nonsmoking, but the room smells like smoke, there’s hair all over the walls in the shower, stuff is broken like the handle on the toilet. We parked and got out and there’s glass all over the ground like someone had their car broken into.
Except Breakfast, nothing outstanding in this hotel. Room makes it al kinds of noise from restroom, carpet bad odor, not a good sleeping bed for the price we paid. Expected better sleeping and good rest, unfortunately stay didn't provide that. One good thing, good breakfast plus front desk CS asked for feedback. For sure, needs good remodel inside the room.

Clean hotel, staff is nice and friendly. Our room was nice and spacious.
This property was dirty and way outdated. People were loud and drinking in the parking lot. Not only was it a dump but I didn't feel safe at all. Mold and ceiling water damage bubbles were everywhere. The room stunk like wet dog. second night the heater stopped working and we were cold even though the temp was set to 78 degrees.
All was good. breakfast was very good close to highway.staff was very friendly and helpfull.
Nasty rooms and coffee always out in breakfast parking lots is not clean. Very stressed out motel. Stay in motel 6 better
Dated, it’s close to the freeway and restaurants. It’s all you need anyways if you’re just passing by the area. Decent place to stop over if you have a long drive.
