They were apparently booked full not sure why I was even allowed to place the booking. Well they didn't have rooms for the reservation I made. Luckily the gentleman kept at it and was able to get me one usually reserved for ADA act. Room was different to say the least. The only thing I would change is the shower nozzle I would put one that has a hose and shower wand as Disabled come in all shape and sizes. I am blessed to still be able to bend and move freely. So it was kinda fun to bath like a bird. But I don't know how much help it would be to a truly disabled. STAFF is very friendly and professional and under the circumstances they provided excellent service as a solution for the problem was attained.

Das Hotel bietet sowohl Raucher als auch Nichtraucherzimmer, dennoch riechen fast alle Zimmer nach Rauch. Wir haben bei der Buchung versehentlich ein Raucherzimmer gebucht, dennoch hat uns der freundliche Mitarbeiter ein Rezeption Nichtraucherzimmer gegeben. Allerdings roch selbst das Nichtraucherzimmer nach Zigarettenqualm und auch unsere Klamotten danach. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, und auf dem Gelände laufen viele Obdachlose beziehungsweise Drogensüchtige Menschen herum, die die ganze Nacht rum brüllen. Für eine Nacht akzeptabel… aber verbesserungsfähig

Room was not clean. I open the refrigerator and a roach in refrigerator. The shower floor was unclean. Top of with no trash can to use. I moved the bed to spray around headboard and wipe and found the remote so that means housekeeping didn’t move bed to clean. As a frequents traveler I bring cleaning Clorox wipes with me, but that should not be the case to clean a room to use.
