Check in was quick n easy and the gentlemen that helped me was friendly. The parkinglot had an abandoned car and looked sketchy. The stairs leading up to my room felt like they were going to break off. The locking mechanism inside the room didnt line up so i had to lift the door a bit to latch it. My bathroom light did not work. Beds are old and stiff. I recomend you spend a little more to stay a another location.
It was so old everything was broken it was dirty and a crappy neighborhood.
Property is ok , the rooms need some loving , drawers are broken and falling apart , holes in walls blankets smell

Checked in late for 8 rooms. Took nearly 30 minutes. Didnt know how to shif all room charges to one room so after six transactions my credit card was locked for fraud protection. Despite pre-booked all eight rooms non-smoking, two were changed to smoking. One room was not cleaned by housekeeping. Trash still on table and bin. Beds not made. Tobacco residue in both beds. Property old and falling a part. Management should take my payment and paint interior of rooms and bathoom. Patch jobs everywhere. Old furniture and bedding. Carpet dirty and stained. You get what you pay for.
Price is reasonable but the rooms are in need of renovation!

This was one of the worst places i have ever stayed at and I was charged way to much money to stay there. When I arrived the male working at the counter was not professional at all. I walked in and I said hello. I got no response, not even a word other then when he said room 213 check out is 11. When i got to the room after searching for its location. The floor was sticky. Like so sticky my flip flops were audibly peeled off the ground. Did i mention the floor was carpet. Oh and after the the walk from the door to the bathroom I sat down to use the bathroom I watched a roach crawl from the bathroom mirror all the way to the doorway and around the corner to the main room. Sadly it wasnt the roach I saw, it was only the first all the lights were on but they didn't seem to mind. The room also had no phone to call the front desk. I have stayed at many cheaper hotels but this has to be the one of the worst. It was definitely disgusting and disturbing. Oh and way overpriced for the awful conditions. Thankfully I only used the facilities. TLDR: Roach motel only use if you want to catch a disease

The rooms reek of body odor, stale cigarette smoke coming from smokers standing in the breeze way and stairwell. Towels were hard as rocks and the blast of water pressure coming from the shower is not adjustable...just a hard blast of water. The carpets were stained & dirty. Curtains don't close properly; giving people a full glimpse into your room. Lots of dirty greasy windows. A real let down. The staff are nice and helpful. As for the OWNER OR OWNERS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED for not taking pride in your INVESTMENT. SAD & DISAPPOINTING.
Stayed here a couple of times for concerts at The Canyon Club and the rooms and service have always been good.
Mold run. Down sketchy inhabitants . No place for a mother and daughter to be alone and not typical tourist traveling stay here ! Message total gut and mold remediation health hazard one foot I. Door and out !
