The gentleman that did the check in was kind and straight forward with instructions and info. The room was roomier than anticipated, but very outdated. The bed was decent, but the room was quite cold and the blanket on the bed was useless. I had to sleep with a hoodie on. The old guy that handled my check out at 7:30am was very testy and gave me an attitude about getting a copy of my guest registration form showing I checked out. The price was decent and the underground parking was very helpful, due to the rainy weather at the time. I would stay here again if needed, but I'd make sure to bring a blanket.

Very nice affordable hotel near many local amenities. The staff I interacted with was very accommodating as I needed to park a car when I originally did not think I would need it. The hotel is dated - but, it was clean.

This hotel is in very bad shape. The rooms and common areas are long overdue for a refurbishment. The location is OK and a decent walk to Abbot Kinney restaurants. The free parking is nice and you may need to park in the lot across the street in order to get a space. There was no Do Not Disturb sign in the room and the house-maker walked right in as I was getting in the shower without knocking. I will not stay here again.
