Room was clean. No weird smell. Linen and bed were very clean.
Our room did not have a TV remote in it. Also the toilet would not always fill up in the tank to flush.

The price was a huge factor in staying here. It is affordable and still a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, just old. Nothing wrong with them, just an old room. Bed was okay. The property staff was amazing though, kind and helpful.

Whenever you reserve a room off of the internet or 3rd party site, it can be a bit of a crap-shoot. Not knowing anything about Torrance added to the stress. It was a little after 10 pm when we arrived there. It was in a busy but well kept area. It's sort of an older looking motel-style building, but it looked cared for. I'll have to admit the man checking me in behind the window was a lacking a bit in the personality department. Maybe it was just a long day or something. We got our key and found our room easily. The area was very well lit and clean. The room doors were painted a nice red color. After a long drive, we were ready for some rest. The room was clean and updated looking. A large TV. Bathroom was clean and well-appointed. The bed was pretty comfortable. There were extra pillows in the closet. There was a mini-fridge. The back window looks out on some nice apartments. After a good night's sleep we went down for the "breakfast included". Nothing fancy, but there were bags with an apple, apple pound cake, milk, and cereal. There was plenty of fresh hot coffee and there were other items for purchase. The lady in the morning was friendly and welcoming. Over all, our stay was well-worth the price of admission and would stay there again.
The front desk was beyond difficult to work with Incorrectly charged
The walls and floors were paper thin and everything could be heard from the upstairs room. Didn’t get good sleep. Pillows were nice.

Coffee stain, spider webs and worse off all shower was not working. That deserves a refund in its self

Nice rooms and property but did not feel safe or security was being enforced. Seems all the security was just video monitoring at the front desk. What was disappointing was the allowing of loud music, car revving in the parking lot until 4am along with the random person trying to open your door.
