Front desk person said she couldn't find my reservation asked to take picture of my reservation said she had to call in. Then asked me to do it. Asked for floor or room with view. Said she'd upgrade my room and ended up overlooking a parking lot in abort clean room but loud toilet, broken shower faucet and tub that backs up with water while in use. I was too tired to do anything about it.
I booked a three day stay at the hotel for a business trip. I ended up needing to change my trip to only stay one night, but the stay was pre-paid, so I was unable to get any sort of refund. When I arrived, valet was very nice and helpful. The man that checked me in informed me that my room was being held from the two days prior when I was scheduled to arrive. This was room 443… it was by far the WORST room in the hotel. One-two doors down was an associates are that had a very noisy door, all I could hear was the squeaking of the push bar from the constant opening of this door. Additionally, the staff were very loud in the hallway. I called down to ask if the door could be oiled to alleviate some of the noise from the push bar and ask the staff to be a bit quieter. The woman at the front desk apologized and said she would speak with housekeeping. This did not correct the issue… until roughly 11pm-12am, I heard roughly more than 10 opens of this door per hour, making it extremely difficult to sleep. In the morning, I mentioned this to the man at the front desk and he said he would speak with the manager and get back to me. It has been over a day and a half since then and no one has contacted me. Overall, the hotel seems to be nicely decorated and clean, but this made my experience terrible!

I love this Westin. The hotel is absolutely stunning and relaxing at the same time.
Loved the location, ambiance and relaxed feel. Although only 2 hours away from home, it felt like a retreat for rejuvenation and relaxation.
The rooms were not very clean , there was dust every where and sheets heavily stained asked for my room to be deep cleaned , and also due to COVID the restaurant and pool were closed but that was not disclosed prior - for what I paid I expected more also the valet is $22 per day which also was not disclosed
