Great hotel located in a very céntricas neighborhood you can walk to restaurants and historical buildings It has a small but well equipped gym , awesome pool and great warm people who assist you with willingness

Not good at all. Sink is not draining. Heater is blowing cold air. One of the bed/side lamps is not working . Only two paper cups, one hot-sleeve, one caffeinated coffee. If you drink at night; nothing for the morning. No extra blankets. It seems that they are skimping on everything.
I was in the lobby at 4am getting ready to leave. Scary looking guy walks in and approaches me. Thankfully by the grace of God I did not get robbed but the situation was a bit scary. Not one single staff person was there and even when I went outside I had to show my room key for the valet guy to let me in as I was fleeing the guy. Thank God the intruder did not follow me outside or I would have been done. Must have security stay in view and not take off. I could have been robbed or WORSE!!!!
First night had to be put up in another hotel around the corner due to the hotel selling our pre-booked room.
We waited 120 min to check in. We were given rooms 3 times by mistake to check in which were occupied by people. I ended up finding a different hotel at a different location at 2 am in the night.
Nice hotel - just needs to be updated. I would power wash the sidewalks around hotel
Had to change the room 3-4 times due to hair in the bathrooms. Ali the man that assisted with changing the room was just rude. I advised the staff to change the cleaning supplies.

This property is very nice my room was very comfortable with a nice view. Staff was mostly hospitable with the exception of check in, where the check in person was very rude. However, the rest of the stay was fine and this is a very good hotel.
There was no jacuzzi which was a disappointment.
