I don't understand why such a nice hotel has such awful food. I've stayed several times now, and even breakfast was bad. The facility is great, your people/staff are very nice. But in Pasadena, it would be great to have better breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

The location is excellent, but the hotel feels outdated and was quite noisy during my stay. During checkout, the staff attempted to charge my room despite the fact that I booked and paid through a third party site.

The hotel looks beautiful from afar, but needs a major refresh. It’s clean enough, but dated. The decor and furniture shows lots of wear. The air conditioning is kind of a joke. Beds were comfortable. Mini fridge was cold. No casting available on the television. Water pressure wasn’t great. THE POOL IS CLOSED! There was no mention of this on Orbitz or the Westin site, and no one mentioned it at the front desk when checking in. That’s too bad. The photos looked great, and we were looking forward to using it. Price was reasonable, and self or valet parking wasn’t too prohibitive. Glad there was no “resort” fee, as the amenities were definitely lacking.

Room may need uplift. Stain on carpet and bathroom shower faucets have hard water deposits. Otherwise bed and room size was good for 2 and a small dog. Love the pet friendly accommodation. May want to provide pet relief options asked. The concierge directed a park farther than necessary. There was a patch of grass across that was closer. Maybe the hotel can have an onsite pet relief area like some of the airports.

I made a reservation for a deluxe room. From the beginning, the service from the bell service was a bit off but I thought their unprofessional manner was coming from being understaffed and didn’t mind it much (I just assumed). Then I checked into the room, the ac was on, loud, and the room smelled like an old carpet. When I turned off the ac, as the room temperature got cooler, the room began to smell like as if there was fungus growing in the room, I couldn’t breathe. So I called the front desk, a male staff picked up the phone and put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I told him the room stings and I’m having a hard time breathing. The air odor was terrible all over. The staff said oh pack up and move to the room across the hall, just so casually and senselessly. He didn’t apologize or ask what is going on. He told me to move my stuff to another room, as if i was already given the key. I asked which room and he said one across the hall. No more explanation. I to

Stayed here for one night to attend a concert at Intuit Dome. Valet was welcoming and so was the front desk staff at check in. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was really comfortable. After the concert I asked the valet to charge my car and he gladly did. The pool was closed for repair but didn’t affect our stay. Gym was nice and fully supplied. Very good stay overall.

Clean, quiet. Pool was closed. Staff was nice. Didn’t like security with a dog at the entrance. Why the dog? It’s so alarming. Restaurant is a little limited but I LOVE a Westin bed. The room was perfect. The rest of the hotel was a ok but a little less than updated and seemed a little worn out.
