Had a great stay. The staff was accommodating and attentive. I stayed in an updated room with a vista viiew. The room was nicely appointed. However the electronic room locks and pass keys never work, which can be extremely frustrating when all you want to do is get in your room after a long ...
Great location, enjoyed the free trolley to Universal. Room was very small and had a refrigerator but no microwave so couldn’t heat up our food. They charge extra for parking which we didn’t know in advance. It is a neat hotel and staff is very helpful
This was our 3rd time staying here. Everything is great! Staff is great, rooms are very clean, breakfast is very good. There is only 1 draw back. The valet is a mess. We have learned to arrive early and leave early. If you wait until check out time to leave you need to expect a 1 hour wait for your ...
Had some trouble getting a shower curtain from the front desk, one had been forgotten in our room. We had to take a couple showers without one. The breakfast was pretty good. We stayed 4 nights and the tissues and cups weren’t replaced during our stay. The pillows were pretty hard, but the beds were ...
The hotel is walking distance to Disneyland, the hotel staff is always helpful, clean pool and spa. They have free breakfast which is great. They do have a $17 resort fee per day that you learn about at check out.
The room was very clean, we got a good price for it. They are in the middle of a big remodel and owner change so expect it to be a little messy here and there. Other than that we liked it. They took us and picked us up at Disney land every day. They were very nice to us even through this remodel ...
Nice large rooms. The fireplace asded a nice romantic and cozy touch. I sould have preferred the shower to be enclosed, though. Nice view of the Heavenly ski slope, and right down the street to Stateline and the casinos on the Nevada side.
We loved this hotel and will definitely go back. We loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking in the nearby trails. The view of Lake Tahoe is great and the room was wonderful. They have all the amenities you would need.
Great hotels with fantastic facilities - an experience not to be missed. But the shower did not work and it took a long time to run the water before it got hot. We called maintenance, they responded quickly and fixed the problems. Otherwise a great stay.
We were shocked at the $35/night parking that was not advertised up front. We only found out at check-out looking at the billing statement. Otherwise nice hotel. Family friendly, convenient location, has sandwich shop downstairs and restaurants nearby.

If you plan a California vacation in Southern California, expect sunshine and warmer weather year-round -- especially across Los Angeles, San Diego and Palm Springs. Northern California is more varied – San Francisco temps average between the mid 50s and high 60s, while Wine Country can sink into the 40s (winter) and peak in the 80s (summer). And you probably won't see snow in California, unless you're in Lake Tahoe or on a movie set.

Join the paparazzi and celebrities during award season in Los Angeles (mid-January to late February) or the non-stop neighborhood festivals in San Francisco throughout summer.
