Beautiful property in the heart of downtown LA with the Staple center within view. The room, hotel and hotel amenities were immaculent and the staff were friendly. Staff and hotel security guided us between the elevators as the lobby was on the 70th floor and our room was on the 54th floor but you get used to it quickly. There are lots of homeless people in the area but they are not on the hotel’s property which is different from what I read about in other hotel reviews. Top notch restaurants were in walking distance and Target if you forget anything while traveling. We will definitely return!

Great hotel, I was on floor 42 and had great views of the entire city. The only downside is parking and their elevator system. There is only valet parking option which can get pricey depending on how long your staying. With the elevators you have to go to floor 70 for EVERY time then take another elevator to the floor if your room that’s kind of annoying but every thing else was great.

The valet parking was atrocious. We waited in line for 45 minutes to drop off our vehicle, only to walk into the elevator that was covered in vomit.

Came into town for USC commencement- ready to celebrate. Stayed here before, never coming back. Warm greeting at front desk. Terrible experience at elevator to 73rd level open bar. Wanted to share the view which used to be accessible the last two stays to paying guests but now is only for parties paying an additional $60 minimum per person. Elevator door opens and a guy SCREAMS « Security » in my face/ into his radio. Don’t tell me this is for Covid protection (ha!) we were wearing masks. Not an inch out of the elevator door. I quietly apologized and shrank to the back of the elevator. Killed the vibe and left us feeling very unwelcome. Done with this place. Shout out to friendly front desk and valets, and housekeeping who aren’t why we won’t be back. FYI this place reeks of weed, not the occasional waft but a choking wall of skunk, especially the elevators. Not a premium experience. I apologized to my husband who is thankfully pretty laid back but agrees we won’t be returning.

not a good service

Did not like paying 50$ both nights of stay 100$ had to pay and a 200 deposit witch thay use for taxes part of your meal but i have fun

Great property, modern & super clean. View was breathtaking

This was a great stay

The lay out of the place was confusing. You had to go up 70 floors to check in and down 20 floors to your room. Once inside the "room" the bathroom was better appointed than the area of the room for sleeping. There was a locked mini bar but no fridge. There was a single serving coffee maker that did not work well. I was promised a fridge but never got it. There is no business center! ALL THIS FOR OVER 2 BILLS PER NIGHT. GOD HELP US ALL!

The view/location is the best . Pool was warm and gym is 24/7. Working refrigerator should Larry be provided and need not to be per request since there’s no restaurant open except for a breakfast cafe.

Beautiful hotel, great view, the best for a big family and right know they follow all the tule for the COVID, loved
