Everything was good. The staff were nice and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and close to everything I really enjoyed being at this hotel

Very friendly. An upgraded room without me asking. The hotel is one of the most beautiful I have stayed - and I have stayed at 5-star hotels all over the world.

Great views, lovely rooms, Dekkance lunch was excellent.

Hotel does valet parking only. It was about $50 a night. The service was top notch though. From checkin to check out, everyone was friendly and helpful. Lobby is on the 70th floor. Room was clean with an amazing view.

I didn't like that a resort fee of $30 per day was applied without me knowing about that upfront. Billing should be more itemized upfront and let the potential customer decide whether he/she wants to book a room or not. Not wait until I've already completed my stay to tell me upon checking out!

It's one of the tallest buildings in downtown LA, the rooftop bar was really nice. The lobby is on the 70th floor which is unique for the US. The staff was very friendly

Elevators are very confusing and makes exploring the property difficult

The property is clean and staff is friendly. I love how it was located near a mall restaurants. I felt very safe and will definitely come back!

We liked the location and the view. Elevators were a little tricky to navigate at first.

The staff treated you as if you were a peasant. They weren’t professional when asking questions and the bar tender didn’t even have the decency to bring drinks we ordered out to us. Instead she sat them on the bar with the glasses and had us pour our own wine. Not to mention that the $20 wine they had cost us $100. They charged a “facility fee” for the internet which I already got for free due to being a member, a virtual newspaper (not needed we have phones), using the gym in which we didn’t, and a list of other things that were ridiculous. The guy at the front desk said they said they charged it because they need someone to clean the pool and the amenities were offered to you. I was not told about this during check in. The parking fee is close to $50 a night which whatever it’s in downtown LA. The rooms were nice but not worth what you pay for. For this being my wife and I’s first time to LA we were very disappointed. We wanted to stay somewhere top notch and were treated like we didn’t belong. Will not stay there again.

I called multiple times for clarity prior to booking our "Deluxe" room and to learn the difference between "Superior" & "Deluxe" options. I was assured that deluxe was a corner suite with the lay out shown on the site, with the TV at the foot of the bed and couches in the corner- and upon check in, I was told it's a partial corner and that was standard for the deluxe room. This misrepresentation was disappointing given the steps I took to make sure I had the room I desired on booking.

Very nice hotel. Everything went perfectly. I give it 5 stars.
