Great hotel and staff. The front desk staff were excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. We received a room upgrade, late check out, and a 20% off food voucher through Expedia. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle to Disneyland was a great perk as well. We would definitely stay here again.

They need to invest in more comfortable beds. I was not placed in the room I requested a week in advance or near the pool area. I wanted a pool-facing room to watch the fireworks but was placed in the opposite direction and completely missed them. I was also very sick and couldn’t go outside due to the cold. I was never offered the VIP 20% breakfast voucher. The gate key didn’t work, and I was stuck waiting about five minutes to exit. Very inconvenient.

We stayed in the Garden Tower and the room was definitely a little outdated. Tub was kinda dirty and we heard lots of noise from the hallway and the roads. Location was prime and Disney shuttle was super convenient. The front desk and wait staff at the downstairs Restaurant were INCREDIBLE. So kind and thoughtful. Overall, we’d stay again.

At first I was given a room with white stains on the couch. The furniture looks old and has that coating on it like it hasn’t been changed or maintained in the last 20 years. I was transferred to a second room which was just as bad. Feces stains on the bed and blood stains on the walls and couch. The shower was clogged and the towels were bloodstained. I felt dirty checking out of this hotel. There are much better options in the area than this run down hotel.
