The property itself was very nice. At night depending on your view, you can hear the 2100 firework show at Disneyland. Only issue was that our pillow cases were stained or looked as if they had not been changed.

The was black mold growing out of the wall paper in the corners of the room. The beds had arches in then and the pillows were extremely lumpy. Really uncomfortable if not painful stay.

The staff was great, especially those working the breakfast dining. We've stayed here years ago and it was still a great time now, but the hotel needs a little love. The rooms were cold, old and not serviced. The complimentary shuttle to the parks is a huge bonus though.

Couldn’t sleep for two days because of a screaming kid next door. When my husband went to complain to Front Desk nothing was done. Housekeeping DID NOT come the two days we were there - didnt pick up trash (we have a toddler that uses diapers), nor make up the bed. When we asked for plastic bags to wrap up the diapers, Front Desk was not helpful and when my husband when to physically pick them up, he was met with attitude. Only positive was that they offered a shuttle service to Disney, but parking was still $30/day. Japanese restaurant was great! But the buffet breakfast was okay (staff there were good) - would have been better if it was free. So because of no housekeeping, okay customer service and no sleep for two days, we will check out other local hotels.
