Planned a disney trip with the kids found this gotten on hotels.com and the pictures looked really nice . We checked in at 12 midnight after we got done at Disney. We had booked a room with two queens . When we got in the room instantly we were hit with a stench i cannot even describe then noticed we had a written and a bunk bed . With the lights Firebird on we could see the filth the couch was tan colored at one point but now looked like a Dalmatian dog . The begging was strained and filthy.I went to the counter thoroughly annoyed and explained the situation , the man at the counter said im not cleaning the room ill give you another one . I asked for a key so o could inspect the new room to no surprise the next room was worse broken cabinets filthy bed with food stains . I went to the widow again and explained to him it was worse mind you the time is past midnight i couldn't book another room if i tried and my family cannot sleep in the car. I had to step the begging i asked him for new blankets and air freshener he brought one blanket for 5 people ! I wouldn't make a prisoner sleep at this place .

The first room we got smelled so much like smoke and it supposed to be smoke free, good thing we did get a room change, but the sink was clogged, the pillows covers were really dirty, the lamp had no light bulb, the sofa bed had a very filthy mattress. The outside is also really dirty nothing like the pictures online.

Felt unsafe. Almost didn't stay. Woke up at 1 am to screaming and a undercover sting operation in the next room over. Cops with large guns, arrest, etc. Rest of the night the other neighbor smoked which leaked through the bathroom fan. Dirty towels that had make up stains and hair on them. Will never stay here again and I would advise for others to do the same.

Cockroaches and mold on walls and ceilings in bathrooms. Cigarette burns in curtains. Broken mirror. No bathroom fan. No microwave. Cold and dirty pool. Stained walls. Gaps under doors leading to bugs entering room. No linens for pull pit beds. Sofa beds missing springs. Sofa bed in room 225 completely broken. No housekeeping daily as promised. Laundry facility broken machines and not accessible to clients despite being listed as available. People yelling and banging on doors early in morning. Cleaning staff and maintenance man very helpful. Managment and front desk staff terrible. Do not stay here.
