The room was full of mold, cigarette holes, missing a drawer in the bathroom. It was just horrible. The only good thing is the maids that were really kind and attentive, but it took forever for me to actually be able to get a different room switch. Don’t come here it is not worth it. Disgusting conditions it’s not an inn. It’s more of a motel.

When my wife and I entered the room, the room smelt clean. However, when we pulled the blanket off the bed, you can tell that they were previous stain marks on the sheets and mattress, and it looked gross. When we sat on the bed, we almost fell through the bed, we had to lift the mattress up and fix the bars underneath the mattress. The blinds allow too much light in so it was hard to sleep because of the pathway the lights being so bright. The next morning we tried to take showers, but there was very little hot water and the showers were on the colder side. Wife and I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Outside, I was not too impressed,. Upon entering the room, I had a change of heart. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I would stay here again. The apartment suite style was the room we stayed in. The price point is the reason why we booked online. Front desk was easy to deal with and helpful. Just unreachable for me when trying to call multiple times by phone.

Arrived at a quarter to midnight to get a room key that didn’t work had to walk back to the front lobby. The front attendant gave me 40 nickels when I asked for change for the vending machine Then proceeded to escort me to my room to use the master key it’s not until I ask for my own key The TV did not work and their fixtures were falling off the wall

Hicimos reservación para 5 personas, nos dieron muy pocas toallas, nos hospedamos 2 noches, y no limpiaron la habitación, cuando nos la entregaron ya estaba sucia, no nos dieron control remoto para las televisiones, no había teléfono para llamar a recepción; en general el cuarto no se veía para nada como en las fotografías.

I called 12 times during the week prior trying to confirm late check in. No answer. We arrived after midnight from Disneyland. The clerk had to come out from behind the 1" Glass window to open the room because the lock didn't work. The room was generally dirty. The bathroom worse. Dirty footprints on the floor, mold in the shower. The door half stripped of paint inside. The roll out sofabed as in a shambles, not even folded back up, and no sheets, blanket of pillow for that. We stayed because it was, by then, after 1AM. I traveled for 2 years all over the west. Small towns and cities. This was the worst hotel I've seen. The photos on the site are hugely misleading.
