Checking in although they said 24 hour service at some point they lock the doors. They talk to you through a tiny window and make you feel like a criminal. They got my to sign, no I’d check or explanation.
The room although good size, was very poorly maintained. The light was broken, the phone didn’t work, dirty and musty smell. The heat was very difficult to operate and the room was not heated upon arrival. Upon returning we discovered the room was not serviced. Went to the front desk and apparently we were expected to make our own beds and remove garbage. There was no hooks for towels after a shower.
Location was advertised as less than a km from Disneyland. In reality that distance is to the parking garage and to get to the park it’s an additional km.
Breakfast was extremely limited. Tiny orange juice of 40 ml, two kinds of cereal and a few muffins. Not enough to sustain a person. The second morning there was no juice or muffins available. Only coffee and cereal.
Although I have stayed at many days inn before and have been satisfied with the quality, this one didn’t not meet the expectations of previous Days Inn quality and service that was expected.
