The room is extremely small, it had a balcony but it was useless for me in my experience, I wanted a bigger room. the other thing was the cleanliness, the room was not at its best condition and it even felt very old. I did not appreciate the room to be honest, even more with the extremely high rates they charge. honestly, I stayed there becuase of the convenience to the park but I would honestly never stayed there again.

Just ok. Price was good, but you get what you pay for. Walls were very thin and neighbors noisy. Bed was comfortable. Parking lot smelled like weed 75% of the time. Restaurant decent but expensive. If your main concerns are proximity to the parks and price, this is a good choice. If you want something classy, keep looking.

The room was terrible. We found two spiders, the carpet floor right outside the bathroom was soaked the whole 3 days. The room smell was terrible, the room AC made all our clothes wet. We had to go to a laundry place in our next hotel to wash all our clothes. The bathroom was disgusting, I wouldn’t even shower or step on the floor or carpet without shoes on. The bathroom counter/sink was chipped and looked like somewhere from a motel 4, not even a motel 6. I have stayed here many times and never experienced such issues and disgusting atmosphere.

The hotel you see on the website isn’t what you get. The lobby is new. The rooms are old, tired and dirty motel rooms. They are humid, bad ventilation, even the sheets felt damp. The carpet was dirty, bathroom had layers of old peeling paint trying to cover mold and rust. Our room had so many bugs, dozens of little moth flies that would land on the mirror and window. I played moth killer for six days. First room smelled like mildew and had hairs in the bathroom. Second room bathroom slightly cleaner, still humid and old. Everything about this hotel is just a little broken: TP holder about to fall off wall, bath stopper broken, so much paint trying to cover years of past due renovation. Pros: pool is very well maintained and huge. Close to Disney. Cons: misleading show of what the hotel actually looks like on their website and Expedia profile. Dirty. I don’t fault the housekeeping staff. They’re trying to keep clean hotel spaces that need to be ripped out and renovated. If you stay here, lower your expectations. It’s a motel with some fun paint colors, not a mid century retro resort.
