This made our Disney weekend even better. Very courteous staff, clean hotel and comfortable beds. Very close to Disney and In walking distance to many restaurants.
No real complaints it met what we were looking for
Room was big and spacious, loved the double sink, when you’re staying with more than 2 people. Pool looked great even though we didn't use it. Didn't like that room door didn't close fully shut you had to be sure you closed it shut which is good, but we were used to having it fully close without pulling it close/shut. You could also hear upper level guests with squeaking of bed and foot steps.
I guess I was a little disappointed because in my opinion the hotel is not as nice in person as it is in the pictures. That aside, it suited our needs just fine and was affordably priced. Pros: Friendly staff, proximity to Disneyland (directly across the street from California Adventure, quick 10 minute walk to main entrance to both parks), The pool is large and clean but COLD. Cons: clogged shower drain (I pulled a wad of hair out, NOT mine!) scratchy linens, uncomfortable beds. Overall it was adequate, but not as expected.
The vehicle entry gate didn't work, and the staff acted like we were an annoyance when we asked them for help. The pizza place they push everywhere is garbage. The beds are terrible and feel like they are twenty years old, the water fixtures leak, and the AC unit in our room sounded like it was going to come out of the wall every time it kicked over. It's close to Disneyland, but honestly for the money there are better places nearby. Avoid if you can.
Love the mid century decor/vibe. The pool is huge and it was nice to watch a movie by the pool with the inflatable screen.
We had a great stay! Room wasnt the most updated, but was clean and in good repair. Pizza press onsite was a huge plus. The pool was great and they had a DJ there during the day. A great property and nice short walk to Disneyland!
This hotel is about 5 mins walking from Disneyland. Perfect place to stay.
The shower leaked. When staff was alerted a man came but did not correct the problem over our four day stay. The A/C system sounded like a freight train when it was turned on.
Loved the retro theming, pool movies, and activity lawn. Was very close to the Disney main gate.
I did like that it was close to Disneyland, and the pool was nice. Being told “I can’t help you with that” when asking for the number for the in house Pizza joint (which was also underwhelming) was angering. The painted over nails sticking out of railings was a nice touch, as was the doubled over shower curtain too small for the tub because there wasn’t enough shower rings. It’s across the street from Disney, but otherwise not worth the money.
Very nice stay.
Right across the street from Disneyland, this is a pretty basic hotel, no microwave but it has a refrigerator. If your someone who wants easy access to Disneyland parks this is the place to stay .
