Convenient location, walkable, nice staff. What I didn’t like and feel is most important, uncomfortable room. Old feel, uncomfortable bed, ac blew humid air. Felt dirty. Good thing they’re remodeling soon. Other nicer hotels that may be a little further walk but aren’t outdated for the price.
I was unable to do an early check in.
Outdated and not worth the money. No fan in the bathroom. Wallpaper was coming off the wall. Carpets were stained.
Paradise Pier a Disney property acts like an overflow for the Disneyland Hotel California Grande. It has a pool but that was closed. No restaurant or bar
The service was excellent! They even made my 6 year old feel welcome and special. The room was very nice and clean, and had Disney details. The view was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!
No restaurants open but they had options for room service from surrounding places. No elevators in the parking garage
liked most everything but really disliked the restaurants were closed
Being on Disney property is such a plus and we were allowed to use the grand Californian entrance which was so convenient and such a good perk! But this hotel is badly in need of a refresh and update for its price point. We understand that due to covid the on property dining was unavailable and they do try to give other options but it is still challenging to access other restaurants as reservations are not readily available and we didn’t have a chance to try the food delivery. There is a snack area but the coffee machines were often out of order and not great tasting when they work. The other food options were actually quite good. The Disney staff on this property were great and very helpful. The pool area is good. I feel that each room should have hand sanitizer. But access to sanitizer on the property seemed good. It was great to see masks worn by patrons and staff and inside and I heard gentle reminders for those who forgot to put them on inside. Everyone was very respectful. It would be nice to see an update to the rooms with some more modern fixtures. But the cute California Disney vibe was lovely!!
I like to be on property at Disneyland and this is a affordable choice.
Ny family and I stayed here for our Disney trip, the staff is very friendly. But i was disappointed because when we got into our room and I went around checking it out and wiping down stuff with some disinfecting wipes ( covid ) i noticed in the shower that there were hairs ( not just 1 it was more like at least 5 hair strands) on the walls of the showers. That grossed me out and made me want to wipe everything down even more. I thought about complaining but i imagine the housekeepers are in such a rush with all the rooms given to them to clean and didn't want to get them in trouble so i just cleaned it myself. But after that it just made me doubt the "cleaning-ness" of the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is closed but you can order from downtown disney and they take it to the lobby. The hotel in general has a very "older" style. It definitely needs a remodel especially for what they charge i dont think its worth the stay since it so old. But it was an okay stay.
Staff was great and very friendly. Room was very outdated and bed was extremely uncomfortable.
We’ll definitely coming back
Please open at least one restaurant on the property.
Great location a s amenities! Super easy to walk to DTD or the parks
It was clean and neat, but basic. Good location with park access. Nothing outstanding about it.
Front desk staff were wonderful! Love how close Paradise Pier is to Disneyland and the downtown.
Great location and helpful staff! Room is very clean and comfortable.
No food at hotel nearest food is downtown Disney
You stay here for convenience to go to and from park
