They are in the middle of a construction zone. they are loud noise

The rooms are remodeled and nice. Check in is relatively easy. They are doing limited cleaning once you are in the room (meaning only if you need it) so that's also good. The bad stuff? The major pool area is definitely under renovation and is not functional. Don't bother paying extra on Orbitz for the parking and resort fees to be covered because there really isn't a resort portion to speak of and they were not charging for parking. When I asked if I could get those fees refunded, the hotel said I needed to go through Orbitz. Uhhhh, it's your hotel that has that option programmed for Orbitz so that didn't quite make sense to me but whatever. Construction started between 7 and 8am and I could hear it on the 8th floor. The restaurants and bars are closed so you need to go out to eat or get delivery. It's not exactly a walking area but there is stuff that's close. If you are going for a property that looks like the town and country website, this is not it.

Did anybody tell us that the property was under construction Charging resort fees with no resort when you have to go to the Hanley to use there pool No resturants open Couldn’t find the lobby, because it was in the convention center

Due to construction, it was challenging to find the front desk to check in as well as finding a parking space. After checking in, we went out for dinner and was unable to find a parking space after we return. We had to circle around many times.

Property was under construction and was a mess to find parking. Had to park half a mile down at another hotel and walk with our suitcases to the lobby. Horrible experience.

Great experience for the price. I enjoyed my stay.

This property was under construction - major construction. There was not adequate parking near the building. Parking staff was argumentative, rude and one cursed at us. Food was not fresh for the money charged. It was very much pre-packaged and microwaved fare. The room was nice though rarely mopped or vaccumed and the room was NOISY. Sounded like we were below a bowling alley. Front desk staff were very responsive but if I'd known the place was in such bad shape, I might have chosen a different property. ORBITZ should have warned us.

Convenient to nearby attractions and shopping. Property was quiet

Had a view of the construction of the new pool area.

The property is under construction so my review is not as good as it could be. The staff, however, is very friendly and professionally.

The staff is extremely nice and the rooms are big. The hotel is walking distance to fashion valley mall

Dear Tony, first of all, please let me apologize that your stay started negatively when you could not find our temporary lobby in our convention center. We do have this information online, in our hotel confirmation and it is also texted out the day prior to arrival. I’m so sorry you unaware. Our new lobby will be finished in the next few months, as will our new restaurant, bar, pools and more. I hope you’ll come back in the future to give us another opportunity to serve you under better circumstances. Best regards, Reuben Medina, Director of Operations
