The room was fine although they should get a better exterminator. The location was super convenient between little Italy and Balboa. The staff generally didn't want to be bothered by work. I don't blame them, I don't like my job either.

The worst experience in San Diego. 5 nights - room was not clean. Not once did anyone say we will not clean today but kept moving it to next day and next day when I called. Had to pick up garbage and take towels downstairs ourselves. Parking garage is awful. Parking spaces are small and not enough spaces. Had to park along the wall all the way on top and pray that my rented car will still be there in the morning. Just awful.. Black mold on bathroom ceilings. There is a door separating rooms and our neighbor kept trying to open it for some reason. Will never stay there again. Still waiting for the manager to call me 9 days later.

we looked at many hotels before traveling to SD and this one was by far the most affordable. considering what you get, and the area you're in, it's a pretty dang good deal. it's very close to the airport and literally right next to I-5, and the rooms are outward-facing (the hotel is a circle), so it could get a bit noisy, but there were earplugs provided with our room and the AC running all night drowned it out. it was non-issue for me as i need constant noise when i sleep, but for those that need pin-drop silence it may cause some problems. the bed was super comfortable and the room was really clean and updated. parking at the facility is $30/night but that's better than battling for an unsafe, non-guaranteed street spot. a room key must be used for entry to anything, including the parking garage and elevators to rooms, so we felt safe while we were there. it's in a really convenient location. definitely walk a couple blocks over to little italy and check out the farmer's market on saturdays! all in all would stay again and recommend. nice place.

Convenient location affordable.. Wish they had restraunt that they showed online or continental breakfast at least..

The worst Never will stay again at this property

Very close to restaurants

Our room had a yellow, stained and peeling tub with discolored repair work on the ceiling. The rooms were clean and renovated but showing plenty of wear already. We could hear constant running water in the room. Masks are not enforced here, and prepare for a surprise $30/night parking fee. The staff didn't ask us how our stay was -- probably because they knew.

not as advertised .......

not as advertised !!!!!!!!!

Good location

They charged me for parking meanwhile I did not have a car. Still did not resolve the issue after 6 phone calls

It was a nice and clean room but the air conditioner was noisy and there were other noises coming from somewhere in the building. It was hard to sleep even though it was a comfortable bed.

It is within walking distance. I did not like they do not communicate and they seem to always over book themselves. Parking is overpriced and Forced to do valet, they over charge for incidentals, they initially gave me the wrong room and over charged my card.

Good location next to freeway. They didn't provide any room service over several days- COVID excuse. No food either. Charged $40 for parking daily which is very high, they have a garage but required to use valet so they can price gouge. No spa or gym that I could find. No amenities per se.
