Front desk was very friendly and professional! Breakfast was pretty good - they were very helpful and replenished often. Unfortunately, security was a bit of an issue as the outer doors didn’t lock/unlock properly. So other people would prop the door open. The room was nice but I wish they put a little more into noise reduction. Street and freeway noise was quite high. Walls and doors are very thin so you can hear everyone all the time.

Hotel was perfect for our needs, but beware!

Staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Room was comfortable, A/C blowing cold and plenty of parking. They had breakfast and the room had a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, but beware. This hotel is super close to Sea World and as you might imagine it was filled with families with small children. Children running amuck in the hallways and around the breakfast dining area. Yelling and screaming. Tantrums. Jumping on the beds and it sounding like Wrestlemania. This is not the hotel's fault, but we just needed a little R&R, and the parents of these children were not as responsible as they should have been. If you have little kids and are going to Sea World...you'll fit right in. Everyone else...peace might be difficult.

Our kid loves Seaworld so we booked this hotel based on proximity. It has free breakfast, free parking, a small pool, a small gym, and really hot water. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We found a lot of good food near the area like Phil’s bbq, King Crab, and So Good Thai. There’s a massage place right across the street. The area has city vibes and homeless people a few streets down but the hotel seemed pretty safe and we had no issues as we drove everywhere. I would book here again. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

I was able to check in early & the room was ready, it was very nice love the lighting, and the bathroom , the size was perfect. had a great view. We just stayed overnight, barely 12 hours, but it was a pleasant experience. The front desk person, Jomar, was very friendly and efficient. The room with 2 queen beds & sofa was pretty spacious and the bathroom looks like it was recently renovated. Dove soaps and body wash dispensers, lots of counter space for the four of us. Water pressure was low but manageable. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. The elevator is kinda slow but not a big deal, and the parking lot is tight, but also not a big deal as there's easy street parking too. Would stay here again if we're in San Diego in the future!
