Private Beach. Great view of the bay!

The property itself was pretty but the rooms were old. The bedrooms have no AC in the suite. The suite was always hot. The bigger suites did not face the private beach.

Liked how close it was to restaurants and the beach.

Great to show up with the kids and never have to leave during our stay. Has everything we needed:

The hotel was filthy. There was trash, towels and other garbage outside our room. The hallways smelled like cigarettes. The hotel is on a bay, not a beach and the sand looks like mud. The lounge chairs were so filthy you couldn’t sit on them. Even if you used a towel to cover the loungers, you’d still think twice. OMG the beds were So uncomfortable. It felt lumpy, soft and and as if you were sinking into it. I did like the fact that there was a fridge and the rooms were spacious. The staff were friendly. The rooms were not cleaned daily due to covid. The restaurants were good.

You are surrounded by Mission Bay. You have access to the free cabanas, tennis courts, heated pool, along with a few places to eat. You are centrally located to many attractions. It is a peaceful place to relax. Take a bike ride along Mission Bay to enjoy the area.

Just a perfect location, 7 minutes from ocean and the mission bay privat beach is literally outside your sliding glasses door

The property was beautiful the rug had stains everywhere the room had smelled like some one had been smoking in the room or had a dog we had to keep our sliding door open to get rid of the smell and the bathroom sink would get plugged everyday. You need to up -date your plumbing in those bathrooms. We were not the only one with issues on the plumbing because a few days before some one about 5 rooms down had the same issues.

The walls in the rooms are paper thin. I could hear everything in the room next to me even though the other guests were talkong normally. The food was awful.

The room was very run-down. The bathroom was extremely outdated and old, and the water pressure was poor. Also, the bathroom was not clean. Worst of all, I found a gross brown stain on my towel. There seemed to be particles around the brown stain, suggesting it had not even been washed. Additionally, there was only one light switch, which was for the entrance of the room; the rest of the lights had to be manually turned on and off. The hotel is much more like a cheap motel rather than a hotel resort. The only reason I am giving the place two stars is because the staff was pleasant and the location is close to many attractions and restaurants.

Customer service were really nice Room could of been more up to date the heating system made a loud noise Nd shower water wasn’t getting to hot Overall the room is in a excellent location Nd has beautiful views despite the negative everything else was perfect I loved how the room came with a Bluetooth speaker!! Pool area was clean Nd well stocked!

The room needed some upgrading and attention. You had to be careful walking to avoid the duck droppings.

Room was perfect. Upstairs but easy access to it. Pool was great. Everything was beautiful

Our overnight stay was great. It was great getaway

Our room seemed a bit worn, but beds were comfortable & clean. Carpet needed cleaning, bathroom wallpaper needed updating & their were little gnats in the bathroom. Also we had issues with the safe and had to call for service multiple times. Service was always good. Service a Bahia was fantastic, especially given the COVID restrictions.

I loved our newly renovated room and the staff was spectacular
