It's an older hotel, very large property. The location is great. Our room was a little dark and old looking and they put us way in the darkest corner of the building which felt a little spooky actually at first but the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and the service was good. If I ...
Can't beat the location and venue if you want kind of a celebratory mood and location. We were the oldest ones at the pool party by far, ...
Pool is open til 10pm. Very loud. Should put in double pain windows. Room comfy, bed a bit soft. Toilet paper holder should be turned around, so paper roll doesnt pull off each time. Breakfast pretty good.
When I arrived my room was not clean at check in. I called the front desk to get moved but the computer was slow and the staff member said she would call back. After 20 minutes I called back. She said she was looking into it. She finally found a room to move me to. I told her I wasn’t satisfied and ...
We stayed for 5 nights with our baby. We brought everything we needed for the baby, but there was a little fridge in the room which was perfect! Pool was lovely and never anyone there. Room was heavenly. Staff were very kind and attentive to our needs.
Close to gaslamp. Nice room. Staff was friendly. Went to a concert in Chula Vista. Quick uber ride. Enjoyed the pool for a bit.
3 complainrs.... toilet did not flush properly, shower stall should have a door or be completely closed and most importantly the bathroom door should shut completely with no opening on the side.
Check in and check out were great. Hotel offers regular coffe/sugar/coffee mate - that's it. No non-sugar sweetener or cream/milk.
I loved the cookies in the afternoon and the free Internet. Very convenient to restaurants. My daughter goes to UCSD and she lived across the street so we were able to walk to her apartment. It's a great location.
