My family only stayed for one night but we joined the rest of our family who were there and they had struggled the night before with flooding in the rooms. It was accommodating for our two small children, however having to travel to eat out was not a part of our plan and it made it more disappointing and will weigh on our potential visit next time

We've stayed here before as a family. We were disappointed with the new policies on the restaurant being 21 and over. So much business was lost by multiple people in our party. Had you opened that up to others. In addition, one of our six rooms was flooded by the rains that took place. Not only did it cause hardship for my sister's family, it was also terribly inconvenient being that there were no sandbags or blockades to address the water in that area. But in other areas of the first floor you had sand bags. Although the staff, especially the young Hispanic gentleman who helped us move was kind, it was unnecessary and could have been avoided. Big changes would need to happen for our families to return, sadly.

I read in orbiz before I booked it said parking included but they charged us $15 a night to park at the hotel. We are not expected to pay that amount but they charged from our credit card.

Older property but always kept clean. Staff was very friendly. King size bed in our room. Plenty of move around room with a comfy chair. Bathrooms are a bit tight. Pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Two onsite restaurants make it very nice. We ate ate the waffle house each morning. Good choices, and great taste Thanks for making our stay pleasant.

This property really was a good location. Only complaint was the shower and toilet. Shower and toliey had low water pressure. Outside of that, this is a great central location with easy access to the beaches and shopping. Staff were friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was small but clean and the bed was comfy. Their restaurant the Waffle Spot had good food and the waitress was very nice. Show your room key for a discount. The only issue is the parking fee, but other than that I would recommend this hotel.

There was no free breakfast. The floors were never cleaned in the room so your feet were nasty dirty from shower to bed. Everything in the room was loud from the water,bathroom vent, outside noise. The hot tub was nice.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff does a great job. The matinance The laundry room was clean and convenient. The pool area was well kept and pool water temp was 80 degrees F. The hot tub was cleaned and the water temp was 100 degrees F

Of the 3 times we’ve stayed here this room was my least favorite. Mostly due to the layout of the bathroom. It eyes an executive room with a balcony ( this was nice 👍) but the bathroom was not as nice as the other two lesser priced room’s we’ve stayed in. We will be back but not staying again in the Executive room.

Nice place. A bit old but rooms were clean. Beds were good. Good restaurant. People at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Situated near old town and not very far from the cruise port and the airport. Nice place for a short term stay.

There was a constant knocking noise coming from the bathroom, all day/all night. $15 a night to park in an empty lot seems high and don’t even get me started on the charge to use the in room microwave? I loved the staff and location, but most likely not staying again
