Property was beautiful and the stuff was amazing!!!!!

Every room was nice and close to the beach. The restaurants are amazing. Great food and wonderful views everywhere.

It has beautiful views! It was fun to take walks and see the ducks swimming! The rooms were wonderful and the food was delicious! We hope to return someday soon!

Considering the COVID19 issues arising everyday I expected the room to be spotless. This was not the case. Floors were dirty, couldnt walk around barefoot or your feet were black, walls had markings on them from either a dog or kids and baseboards in the bathroom hadnt been cleaned in a while.

Long wait lines, poor customer service. Did not accommodate anything

Great property, pools and private beach! Will stay here all the time even though I live in San Diego!

Love this spot, I've returned at least once a year to stay in this beautiful resort! Excellent staff and service and BEAUTIFUL grounds

I did not like all the hidden fees: $38 per day parking fee and $34 per day resort fee. Check in staff and manager were rude and did not honor the benefits of Orbitz Platinum rewards. Pool near my room was not cleaned during the 2 days I stayed there with cigarette butts around the Spa

Great get away spot, secured resort, lots of amenities.. its worth the money

Lovely and fun resort. Clean and beautiful. Love the pools and jacuzzi

Staff is very friendly. Nice to place to stay for families with kids. Plenty of activities to keep everyone busy and relaxed. Kids liked food at barefoot grill.

Amazing location. Staff were great. However, room was below par. It smelled a bit funky like wetness and dank. Outdated stuff and heater was blowing air into level of bed and couldn’t be adjusted so while we needed heater on to heel temp pleasant, the air blowing directly at us was terrible all night. Pool is old and outdated. Pool furniture old and towels discolored and old. Restaurant overpriced. Ordered uber eats mostly

We stayed in a beach front property that had 2 adjoining rooms. The people in the room next door were extremely loud and kept us awake 1/2 the second night. There is no sound attenuation in the walls, adjoining door or ventilation system.

When you first turn onto the property you drive through a tunnel of palm trees. It’s very pretty and the rooms are townhouse style. It’s such a great place! We stayed here for Christmas vacation. We can’t wait to go back!

There is one worker at this place that goes ABOVE and BEYOND Jamal Smiles. He talks to everyone and makes sure you are smiling, laughing, and he leaves his own “wisdom” to leave your worries behind and enjoy your time.

The property is nice and clean. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The amenities are really just onsite up-sales available to you on a first come first serve or reservation basis. Pack a flashlight if you plan on being outside your room after dark.

The beach was great but the food in the restaurants were blah

Dear Guest, It is disappointing to hear that your stay with us was only worthy of one star. I hope you give us a second chance to accommodate you in the future. Sincerely, Michael Stephens General Manager
