I like that we were able to have a non fire at night

Property was beautiful, staff helpful and friendly.

Loved the bungalows. So much nicer than a multi story facility. Beautiful marina

I love that all the swimming pools are heated. Food at Barefoot (I think that’s the name of the restaurant) was pretty yummy. You can tell it’s an older resort but it has it chic to it. Could be maintain/upkeep better (outside) but the property is so big I can see that why would be hard. We rented 5 rooms, overall 3.7-4 out of 5 when it comes to cleanliness. Again it’s an older resort so that’s pretty good. One of our rooms smelled moldy especially if we don’t turn on AC. Tried asking the front desk to move us but they said there wasn’t any room and that they would call with updates. However, we didn’t receive any calls so was really disappointed. Felt like front desk thought we were making it up and wanted a better room or something. Definitely not a bad resort but not sure I would go back. For the price, it’s not worth it however I feel like if the price went down lower, I don’t think the resort can afford the staff to maintain the property. Sticky situation here.

Paradise Point Resort & Spa sits on a beautiful piece of property. The water front around the place is great. But unfortunately that’s the only positive thing about this place. I do understand that there’s a pandemic going on in the world and that things can’t be normal. However, it shouldn’t mean that you can charge a fortune for the limited food you serve. And the food was not very good. The market place they had was outrageously expensive, so we ended up ordering food via Uber Eats instead. Very disappointing!

The setting was great

Kid-friendly. Independent cottages in a tropical garden setting with private beach access.

Wading pool is perfect for kids

I felt like this resort was a campground. Families packing up the rooms with extended family members causing too many people at the property. You are assigned a parking space in front of your room but good luck if you leave the resort for a little bit because your parking spot will be occupied by other guest who don't care about you. Could not get a lounge chair by the pools because too many people are there. I would suggest a couple of things which are: Giving wrist bands to guest who pay to be there so you can control extended families and strangers coming into the resort using up the amenities. Should also disclose on the website that all Jacuzzis are closed due to covid as well as the spa shutting down because this resort is known for it. Use to come years ago and this was a high end resort but now turning into a Campground facility.

The property is run down and way too spread out. Value is not there. Would not recommend.

Beautiful resort! Loved it!

We love going to this hotel. With COVID, they do not clean you room depending on length of stay. You are able to order what you need for the room. The grounds are lovely. Since the last time we were there, they’ve done a lot of tree trimming. The only sad thing is with the new owners, change is coming. Hopefully better and they don’t change the island vibe which is why we always stay there.

If you like creaking uncomfortable furniture, filthy patios, used K-cups from previous guests in the Keurig, and not getting the upgrades you paid for, then stay here. That's what I experienced, and the hotel management didn’t care. Not even an apology. I would not recommend staying here.

Everything was great, just my view was bad, it’s lanai garden view, but they can upgrade a little bit
