Staff was courteous for most part but i felt a little slighted and was just told about the parking in front of room but not the free parking lots ... The room was good overall - not the cleanest ... Our next day aftercheck in --- we were at Sea World all day when we got back --- we requested towels and garbage services because no room service yet by 3:30ish pm. Of course a couple ladies knock on the door after 5pm for the service. Feels they were short staff. Those are small gripes for a really beautiful property good overall experience ... it was my wife and our 2 lil ones ... the littlest one had her 4th birthday trip weekend here ... Now our other wants her birthday back here in May+Sea World so i would say 4 stars since kids loved it overall... We'll see u in May parked in free parking lot - knowing more about the property and will go to pool this time too ... Thank you

Unfortunately it was raining but the little cottages are nice and spacious. The room service food is bad. Overall it was a pleasant stay easy to get to other places from there. Also the boat rental was closed even though one of the day it was amazing weather. Bring friends or family or else it’s very lonely no central lobby to hangout at just a bar. It all pretty dated, but the location is very nice and peaceful.
