Views were very nice. variety of pools.staff was great and helpful. for the price I do not think they should charge $35.00 dollars!

Overpriced property, not worth the money. Poor facility management. Someone parks on our reserve parking lot. We called the front desk but they did not do anything. A lot of extra charge, the resort fee, the parking fee, which got the final price even more expensive.

Beautiful location, pools, vegetation. Very well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful all around

Our room was right by the bay literally a couple steps away

They say the property have been updated but our room sure wasn’t updated. It smelled like mold and our bedsheets were stained. The comforter had a big round yellow stain and a few red spots -ugh. Would not come back here. Is not worth the price. It is good if you a re a big room of people that want to throw a party bu the beach and don’t care about it being clean if you are not going to sleep there.

Great hotel, staffs are very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back if back to San Diego. Chill and quiet place, great location close to seaworld, zoo and downtown.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Did not like all the additional fees added on to the bill once we arrived.

Staff is extremely polite with happy faces all around. The moment we stepped in they were cheerful and accommodating to all our needs. I would recommend it to all who wants to have a relaxed resort time in sunny San Diego. The rooms are large clean and some have beautiful gardens with either lake or sea view. Even the standard rooms has a small garden entrance and one minute walk from the shore. Everything horizontal not vertical and surrounded with beautiful flowers, palm trees, and fish, ducks in the the small lakes all around the property. Having breakfast at the barefoot bar next to the marina in the mornings are real treats. Bottom line is we loved it so much we are planing the next trip already.

I loved the tropical gardens and overall look of the resort. The grounds are well kept and maintained and feel as if you’re on an island. Having access to many pools, bonfire pits, and private bayside beaches are a huge plus to this location. Bungalows are modern and very nicely decorated. I look forward to more relaxing stays here.

It was a great resort on a large city. Makes you forget where your at

Overall a great hotel and experience, though very disappointed with the room being cleaned. They skipped one day entirely, never replenished soap or toilet paper and one day after calling a few times to have the room cleaned, they merely put the dirty sheets back on the bed and didn't clean the bathroom or the floor. I was comped one meal for the trouble by the very helpful front desk staff.

Beautiful, tropical and very well maintained property. We paid a little extra for a room on the water and it was worth it. We sat out in the Adirondack chairs every morning with coffee and enjoyed the view. The beaches are kept clean and offer stocked fire pits if that is something you like to do. The rooms are nicely refurbished, clean and quiet. The beds are a little too hard for my taste but I’m a soft bed lover so don’t let that detour you. The staff is warm and friendly and work hard take male guests happy. They offer many toys to rent such as jet skis, boats, padel boards and bikes to rent. We only had time to take advantage of the bikes and had a fun day riding out to the ocean beaches for lunch. The restaurants on site have nice atmosphere and wait staff, a little expensive but very good selection for food. All in all I would definately recommend this resort and are looking forward to staying there again.

We value your feedback and are disappointed your stay was subpar. Our guestrooms were updated last year to feature California coastal accommodations. I apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. We will use your feedback as training with our housekeeping team. We hope you consider giving us another chance in the future. Thank you, Priscila D. Guest Services
