Hotel full of homeless and thugs walking around smoking weed that you can smell in the room. Do better La Quinta! Do you have squatters problem?! My family didn’t feel we are safe staying here. Would never stay here again.

The staff was great. Check-in was simple. However there were two(known) men stalking my wife. Taking pictures of her and waiting by our car. I paid for late checkout but we are leaving earlier than expected because we don’t feel safe.

Everything was really nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was cause the walls were kinda thin, we could hear everything next to us and upstairs. Next to us they stayed up ALL night and up stairs was pacing ALL night and walking hard!! Staff was great, breakfast was nice, lots of selections. Room was really clean and spacious

It was horrible. They changed me a room three times. The first one was extremely strong of tobacco smell The second room, the shower drain was blocked. Wasn’t working -n- the mattress was extremely old. You can feel the frame on your body. I call for service and ask them if they can move me to a different room with a better mattress or change that mattress, they didn’t even apologize. They say I’m sorry we’re booked no rooms available to change you to a different room., On the third one, the shower was working, but the mattress was horrible to extremely old filling the mattress frame on my body, was really hard to fall asleep.. I called them again and asked if they can change the mattress.. They were very un polite guests ,

The room appeared to be in acceptable condition, it was clean upon arrival. Definitely showing some signs of wear, probably needs an update soon. The biggest issue was the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, which seems to be a common issue according to other reviews. It was fine for a few nights, definitely wish I was more taken care of.

Upon being assigned to room 240 I discovered that the TV had no signal. When I called the front desk, I was offered a different room, 219. Again NO TV SIGNAL. Then they offered a third room 258 and guess what? Once again NO TV SIGNAL. At that point, I asked for a refund, which could not be authorized due to no management on duty. I DID NOT STAY. I ended up staying at Best Western across the street. I could not be more dissatisfied with La Quinta. Horrible experience. All I want is my money refunded. Please. Sincerely, Mark Cardinal
