Gorgeous location. Staff was terrific. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable and rooms could use updating. OBar and Angel Oak were both delicious. The Bistro was disappointing. Had a birthday dinner scheduled there and got a call hours before that they were closing early that day because it was “slow”. Ritz should replace Bistro with a better option and also work on better sandwich and higher quality espresso drinks at their onsite cafe - Blend. Also, a 24 hour “convenience” type shop would be great, since it’s a resort.

The garden area. , and also the decors . The are was the best

the room was great, food excellent. We enjoyed the wine tasting and the coffee shop on the property.

Great location - Just had a dirty balcony that took 4 calls any several hrs to get resolved

Property was pretty but far away from all of the things to do. Pool area is really starting to show its age. We had two days with no hot water

Amazing Room and friendly Staff! Felt like Royalty

I got the only villa with construction. Switched to a room that spelled like rotten pipes. Mini bar Was missing a beer that I was charged for but didn’t drink. Hangar in restroom didn’t have robe. Made a hair cut appointment for 2pm day of check in at the spa. They booked it for the day after I checked out by accident. Luckily I got my hair cut however the barber accidentally cut my neck when edging up the back. She said “it’s just pulling your hair.” I said no it’s cutting me. Heat and air conditioning were inconsistent but not the worst. Charged for “overnight parking” and the reason was security but no one was there overnight as security. It seems as though this place went down hill. I won’t yelp it but I’ll give you feedback internally. Hope this helps. Bad bad experience, but could be worse. Life goes on and I’m just grateful I can stay in a previously amazing hotel and travel for work.

Very friendly staff, Excellent location, clean room.

Exquisite environment and could be better to provide more options/times for exercise for class

Wonderful customer service! Comfy beds.... awesome property.

Love the Ritz Carlton hotels but my expectations were high before I went to the Bacara. Ate at the Angel Oak restaurant at the facility and it was under par ! It was basic at Best! But I was spoiled at the Ritz Carlton LA! Not bad just not what I was expecting!

Our duvet was soiled on day one which was really disappointing. It was clear it had not been cleaned. It was addressed quickly once reported. Otherwise really beautiful grounds and views. Staff was also exceptionally friendly and the pool scene is loads of fun and family friendly.

Very quiet children friendly great yoga class room not so clean very outdated

This is the best place to be! The service is excellent from the moment you drive in their driveway up to the time you drive away from the site. I have never felt so valued as a customer. Thank you for an extraordinary time.

We travel to SB often to visit our son who attends the university there. It was our first time staying at the Ritz, and we were pleasantly surprised by the beachfront location, gorgeous grounds and many delicious food options, including the room service. Our favorite part however, was the spa and fitness center. We spent many hours relaxing in the sauna and steam room, sipping fruit infused water after working out . What a treat this place is ! We will definitely be back.
