beyond horrible experience starting at check in .. misled, deceived, lied to.. pool closed beach closed ! not sure why the hotel is even offering rooms when all amenities are unavailable .. no food service! stepped in dog poop on property.. promised king room for queen ! loud sounds above us starting 7am! bathtub looks like a sink ! need vacation from this so called vacation !!!!!

Everyone is very nice, but it was rather expensive with little up side to the commodities given.

During the pandemic I understand for our safety many normal activities can’t stay open but a resort style hotel loses its meaning without the whole package, but the price of the room stays around the same range, and charging a resort fee without much of the options open isn’t really considerate.

Gorgeous location. Staff was terrific. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable and rooms could use updating. OBar and Angel Oak were both delicious. The Bistro was disappointing. Had a birthday dinner scheduled there and got a call hours before that they were closing early that day because it was “slow”. Ritz should replace Bistro with a better option and also work on better sandwich and higher quality espresso drinks at their onsite cafe - Blend. Also, a 24 hour “convenience” type shop would be great, since it’s a resort.

The garden area. , and also the decors . The are was the best

the room was great, food excellent. We enjoyed the wine tasting and the coffee shop on the property.

Great location - Just had a dirty balcony that took 4 calls any several hrs to get resolved

Property was pretty but far away from all of the things to do. Pool area is really starting to show its age. We had two days with no hot water

Amazing Room and friendly Staff! Felt like Royalty

I got the only villa with construction. Switched to a room that spelled like rotten pipes. Mini bar Was missing a beer that I was charged for but didn’t drink. Hangar in restroom didn’t have robe. Made a hair cut appointment for 2pm day of check in at the spa. They booked it for the day after I checked out by accident. Luckily I got my hair cut however the barber accidentally cut my neck when edging up the back. She said “it’s just pulling your hair.” I said no it’s cutting me. Heat and air conditioning were inconsistent but not the worst. Charged for “overnight parking” and the reason was security but no one was there overnight as security. It seems as though this place went down hill. I won’t yelp it but I’ll give you feedback internally. Hope this helps. Bad bad experience, but could be worse. Life goes on and I’m just grateful I can stay in a previously amazing hotel and travel for work.

Very friendly staff, Excellent location, clean room.

Exquisite environment and could be better to provide more options/times for exercise for class

Wonderful customer service! Comfy beds.... awesome property.
