The room was excellent, clean, spacious, best pillows, clean sheets & great service. They had live music on roof top. The only downside is they do not have room service or service by the pool. You must go up to the 4th floor, order your food, and must it yourself.

Expensive parking charges

While the hotel overall was ok, i was very disappointed that there was a $15/night charge on parking my car even when the website had a note that said parking was complimentary. It's a large parking lot and was mostly empty. This charge is on top of the high cost of the nightly room charge.

We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed the location. The rooms are large for a hotel room and nicely decorated. We didn’t go to the restaurant upstairs this time but did last time and loved it. If I had to say anything negative I would say the shower valves are difficult to figure out and theres not a whole lot of pressure. Only other negative is that there is t any safe in the room. The staff were lovely. We will definitely stay again.

Nice spacious rooms. Our bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and the bathroom floor had some stray hairs on it. When I see things like this, it makes me wonder if the bathroom was even thoroughly cleaned.

The staff and service were excellent, and the property was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The only drawback was the noise from the upstairs neighbors, though that’s more a matter of inconsiderate guests than the hotel's responsibility. One suggestion for improvement: many hotels offer complimentary parking for guests with handicap placards, and I would have appreciated a similar accommodation here. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.
