Immaculately renovated upstairs studio in a multi-unit building only two blocks from Downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences.
This 335 sqft unit contains two queen beds, a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features, and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a tub and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara.
NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units.

Parking and EV charging (shared amenity):
Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

Very nice property. Perfect location and very clean. Walking distance to State Street and the farmers market. This was just a quick trip for us but we look forward to coming back and staying longer.

Sensational place
We came to visit our nephew who attends UCSB. We were three blacks from State Street and about .7 miles from the Mission. There is a playground and garden about .3 miles away. Everything was walkable. The apt was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would 100% recommend .

Great little condo
Very clean and worked perfect for my mom and baby. Only complaint is that the thermostat is extremely bright when all the lights are off at night and does not dim. We had to put a burp rag over it to keep it dark. Lights up pretty much the whole room. But other than that it was perfect.

Beautiful place
This is a modern, extremely clean, sunny, quiet, and comfortable unit in a great location in Santa Barbara. The owners thought of many of those details that make a place stand out: nespresso machine, excellent/quiet/new ventilation system, a drawer full of items that travelers may have forgotten (ear plugs, toothbrush, etc), very comfortable beds. This is an excellent alternative to a hotel.

Charming suite just minutes from State Street!
We loved everything about our stay here! This suite was clean and well stocked upon arrival. The host was very responsive. It is located just minutes from the heart of Santa Barbara, making it the perfect secluded location within walking distance of State Street. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area, and would highly recommend this property!
