Beautiful property, will definitely come back!

Great views on ocean side. Dining services ok to good. Asked for room to be cleaned and it wasn't. Overall very expensive for just standard services, definitely paying for the location.

Hard to critique given the covid situation. Met the managerLovely woman who was busing tables at breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.Grounds need attention, some gardeners needed. Will come again when normality returns.

Location is the best. However, given the price of the room, I expected the room to be more clean and updated. The carpet is dirty and the bathroom was not as clean as I expected. We stayed here 10 years ago and remembered it as the best hotel we ever stayed at in the US. Super disappointed this time around.

Too pricey and poor beds

really good

Sadly the service here is unacceptable. Breakfast took over 2 hours as... We had to get up to ask for drink, utensils ourselves. Treated us poorly each day. Manager Natalie Lopez would not help her staff out as they were drowning. This was a very sad situation for such a beautiful resort

The thing that spoiled it for me was (as usual) the obligatory resort fee for things I didn't need or use. It seems disingenuous to offer "free" things (i.e. free glass of wine) when you're already paying for them with an extra amount tacked on to the bill. They could take a lesson from the airlines in terms of itemizing amenities. At the very least, include the resort fee in the room rate so that we all know where we stand at the outset!

Our family stayed in an adjacent bedrooms. Check in and check out were both easy. Cleaned and sanitized bedrooms. The property is so nice and relaxing. We love this hotel and we will be back.

Overall it was ok but I was expecting a view of the mountains and it just the parking lot

We stayed a few nights, and I was disappointed for one reason. I had a newborn baby, and I forgot to bring dish soap to wash my bottles. It was early in the morning about 7am, and I went to the front desk to ask if it was possible to get a capful of dish soap. I was told they possibly sold some in the gift shop which didn't open until 10am. I understand its a business, but to nickel and dime me for a capful of dish soap? During our stay we well spent over $1000. Just plain ridiculous.

Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect for going to the beach, a short walk to the beach, or to State Street.

Kids and family friendly . Additional fees are expensive

Starbucks coffee place on the hotel site is need to have better management. Stuff doesn’t know what they were doing , took a long time to wait , eventually we ask for a refund and left .

Great stay. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
