Available January 1st, 2024 - The furnished apartment is part of the owner-occupied house but entirely private. The main house and apartment are separated by a hallway door which is locked on both sides for security. Utilities, water, trash and internet are included in the rent.

The property is a newly remodeled four-bedroom, three-bathroom home done in a modern Santa Barbara Craftsmen style with an ocean view. The private accommodations were expanded in 2022 to feature a small front room with ocean view.

The front room has a kitchen including small countertop with cooktop, toaster oven, sink, garbage disposal, coffee maker, microwave, pure drinking water faucet from undercounter RO system and full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Full kitchen supplies such as dishes, pots and pans and utensils are provided. There is a dining table with stools and small sofa for relaxing.

Adjacent to the front room is the private bedroom that features a queen size bed, large flat screen TV with Roku, YouTubeTV and ample storage in a large dresser, two nightstands and closet with shelves and hanging space. The bedroom is nicely appointed with high-end bedding, furniture, and digital clock radio.

The bathroom is finished with Italian tile and custom glass tile highlights. An iron and ironing board are provided.

The property is landscaped, and the backyard offers a table, fire pit and sitting area for guests to relax in the evening.

Total rent of $2,600/month includes water, trash, electricity, internet and media streaming service for YouTubeTV, Netflix, and Prime.

Lease duration is 6 months, then month to month.
