Staff is great. Room is clean. This hotel needs to ditch dish network. Not very user-friendly and a lot of buffering when using both Internet and watching TV. The complementary breakfast used to be good. However, the only thing that served now are carb loaded, pastries, Belgian waffles you can make for yourself and the last two times we’ve stayed here. We have noticed they don’t even offer milk as an alternative to the sugar loaded creamer that comes in a big container.

Our stay at the hotel over all was great. The location from the hotel to the beach was just 10mins walking distance so that was super convenient. The room was clean however there was a funky smell that was a bit overpowering. Might have been the rug. My only complaint was the bad odor of the room. I brought scented spray and opened the balcony slide door. The staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Hot tub was filled with brown/green foamy sludge water. Homeless person found trying to camp near our ground floor room. Our Room was next too the laundry room and smelled like cat urine and must. Deck off room flooded and filled with water so we couldn't even use deck. Wrote the hotel a week ago and zero response.

Had a fantastic stay. Walking distance to the train and not too far from State Street. Excellent staff. Katy, Jake and Oswaldo all contributed to a great experience. Definitely will be back!
