We absolutely love staying here (this was our 2nd time) and will certainly return in the future. Quaint & quiet location and a wonderfully appointed casita. Super responsive host...just a joy all around to experience this spot! Highly recommended.

Our family had a great stay here. They was plenty of space and the beds were great. We loved coming “home” from montecito and Santa Barbara. Would highly recommend the space and would love to stay here again. Though I generally prefer a walkable location the loveliness of this accommodation made up for that detail.

The home was very clean and had good amenities (dishes, cookware, coffee pot with coffee and filter provided, shower soap and shampoo/conditioner, etc.). It was pet friendly and we really enjoyed the outdoor terrace. A very nice stay!

The Casita was absolutely charming. It was so tastefully decorated and had all the creature comforts waiting for us. The host even provided a nice selection of cool drinks and a complementary chocolate gift. We enjoyed spreading out in the spacious rooms and exploring the different moods. Each space provided. From the tranquil patio to the sunken conversation pit and the well appointed living room. The bed was super comfortable and all of the fabrics on the pillows and blankets throughout the house were very soft and a good quality. The full kitchen was very convenient for us because we like to prepare our own healthy meals and the host even provided a well supplied spice rack and all the crockery we would need. The area around the Casita is beyond lovely with the ocean, a short walk away and some of the best hiking in California less than 2 miles from our door. Downtown Montecito is a hidden treasure of luxury, dining and boutique shopping. I hope to come back soon and spend even more time here.

The perfect Montecito getaway!

We loved staying at the casita! The rental is decorated very comfortably and stylishly, and has everything you could need. The mattresses (even the sofa bed mattress!) were so comfy and plush. Everything was very clean and the bath products smelled heavenly! All the appliances were modern, and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics. We loved how close the casita was to the best spots in town, yet still quiet and secluded enough to get the peace and tranquility we wanted. The host was so easy to get in contact with and was great about checking in with us to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We will definitely be back again soon!

We stayed for a weekend to attend my daughters graduation. The property was adorable and well maintained. Perfect for our group of 4. We loved the private patio. The host was attentive and quick to respond when needed. We would definitely book again.

A wonderful and cozy spot

The house was perfect for me and my friend. Clean, comfortable, well decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed. Small but cozy. My only complaint is it is very close to the highway and not a great neighborhood for walking.
