Convenient location off of 101 about a 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. The room was nice, blinds let in sun at 7am so if you want to sleep in bring an eye mask. It’s dog friendly my only complaint is there’s not really a dog area to take your dog out for bathroom breaks so you’re walking on a really busy street. With very little grass and especially at night not ideal.

It's a 3 star with good freeway access and friendly staff. The area is a bit remote, so not easy to walk to many things.

Hotel water systems pump was very loud and kept me awake all night

Pretty property, but RIGHT off the 101 and it was in a noisy area. (Didn’t like the garbage being picked up at 6am) $9.95 to park. No free options nearby. Free breakfast was quite limited. Floorboards in our room pulled a bit apart which was rough on the feet.

It was clean hotel because it was a renovated. But, it did not fix noise problem it had. Every 30 minutes some noises came out of ventilation and we, family of 3 couldn't sleep. It is a shame that Hyatt rents rooms in this condition. I'll skip Hyatt in my future hotel reservations. I'd like to request refund for our ruined visit to Santa Barbara and our stay at Hyatt.

Our water was freezing cold. We waited for it to heat up and it never did. We had to take freezing cold showers. There was also a bad domestic violence altercation with the room next door that me and my children had to listen too.

I booked this hotel based on photos and past reviews. My expectation was a nicer hotel. I did not realize how far it was from the shopping on State Street. It was in a location convenient to get on the 101. The room was recently upgraded, but the finishes were very cheap. The cabinet used for a closet did not open and close well. The floors were a plastic vinyl plank. It has a motel feel. You could hear every noise in the hall as if it was in our room. The little courtyard with fireplace is close to the street. It's a very busy area and not safe to walk due to high traffic. I can't believe I paid $450 for a night. It felt like a much cheaper hotel. I know hotels in Santa Barbara are expensive, but we paid less to stay at a bed and breakfast in SB during this trip with a private cottage, breakfast and wine/hors d'oeurves included. We had limited interaction with staff, but they were nice. We appreciated the parking garage and ability to charge our electric rental car there. The room and faciity were clean.

Sink would pool. Drainage was real slow. One of the mattresses was sloping. Bed needs to be turned. Room was overall beautiful and modern.Happy that there was a self laundering area. (Need to make sure you have detergent on hand. Didn’t see a vending machine in the room)

Very clean

Small well presented hotel. Comfortable room.

Found cockroach on bathroom counter! Asked management to come remove it. Very loud! Room is next to the terrace area where people were talking and kids running and screaming all night and early in the morning! Can hear the people above moving around back and forth all night. No sleep! Just to loud here!

A new brand name for Hilton. Very basic space and facilities. No views except wall next door.

Hair on the pillows, which were replaced immediately! When paying $250 a night for a room, I think it’s disgusting to charge for parking!!! Gentleman at the front desk was outstanding!!

Love the free electric car charging.

The rooms were nicely upgraded and the hotel was close to multiple freeways
