Clean room/bathroom. Basic amenities provided. Jacuzzi on site. Breakfast is typical for complimentary hotel breakfast 3/10. Parking - I didnt realize the fee charge until check out receipt showed $9.99 per day. The front desk person at check in only asked if we were parking a vehicle and handed me the tag to place in car. But not a big issue. Location - have to do u-turns to get to hotel as its in front of a busy intersection.

We were only here a short time and everything was perfectly average. Breakfast was average. Two negatives. One- a/c in room had no FAN ON setting so clicked on and off all night. Hate that so much for sleeping. Also, oddly since the hotel seems newish, the room (127) had cracks in the flooring where you could get a nasty splinter if you weren't careful.

My stay was not as great in the beginning but with the help from the staff and how they handled the situation made it just that better! I appreciate the overnight front desk for handling the situation so quickly and also Sophia from the morning crew for also handling the situation with Care! The manager came in as well and I didn’t even get the chance to speak to him and he went above and beyond. I really appreciate the staff and the way they take care of their guests and also how they care for their hotel. The cleaning staff is so friendly and accommodating as well! Loved to stay here for other ways this past weekend. The breakfast in the morning was so good as well! Actual eggs bacon and French toast with options of oatmeal and cereal! Toasted bread hot coffee and the whole nine yards! Will definitely be back!

It felt like a charming, small-scale boutique hotel. The exterior beautifully reflected the architectural style influenced by the Spanish colonial heritage of the Santa Barbara area. The interior design throughout the hotel was also lovely, creating a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere. The room we stayed in was about 500 sq. ft.—cozy, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was neat and delicious. Parking was spacious, and it was convenient that we could access our room directly from the parking area through connecting walkways on each floor without having to go through the lobby—especially great for families with kids, as it minimized walking distance. A minor downside was that there’s a storage building right next to the hotel, which can make it a bit confusing to find the entrance using navigation. The entrance itself is also quite narrow, so temporarily parking your car can be a little inconvenient. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. Within a 5-minute drive, there was a shopping center with a grocery mall and various stores, which was very convenient. Overall, very satisfied!

I would recommend you find a different place to stay, unfortunately. There was an active leak dripping from two spots in the ceiling in the lobby/breakfast area. The front desk was largely unattended and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The same person that checked us in late Saturday afternoon also checked us out on Sunday morning and she looked so tired. I didn't give her feedback, my heart went out to her- it seemed like they were short-staffed? The worst part was the soundproofing. Anyone walking in the hallway talking, kids playing on the patio, or a baby crying in another room sounded as if they were right next to us. I know there's inflation, but at $300+ per night, it was more like a cheap motel experience. In summary: We checked in, went out for dinner and exploring Santa Barbara, fell asleep to someone's baby screaming, woke up to toddlers running the halls, had a quick breakfast with a concerning ceiling leak that was flowing into a large garbage can and a nearby mop bucket... and then checked out as fast as we could.

The hot tub was out of order. This was a but upsetting. I was on a girls weekend...and sitting in the hot tub was pretty high on the list. It was one of the reasons we picked it vs. Other hotels.

Spacious room with couch. Very well-equipped exercise room; complimentary breakfast buffet had lots of options including scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, fruit, cereal, toast, oatmeal, etc.; however, the scrambled eggs didn't taste great. Mattress comfort was good for a couple nights.
