Well my kids loved the pool and water slides of course! Also very nice to have the restaurants close by and the market. Overall we loved our stay and we would definitely be coming back !

The buidlings were rundown and outdated. The room smelled moldy. We were in what seemed like an auxiliary bulgalow sort of building. Not nearly the quality you expect from a Hyatt Regency. It was more like an old Holiday Inn. The food at the Red Marlin was good, though.

Great marina and ocean view. Quiet and relaxing

beautiful. friendly.

Beautiful property with great ocean views

The location is good, 5 mins away from Seaworld. But the room we stayed in a bit outdated, and not as clean as it seems. My eyes are watery and red after 2 nights, I think it’s due to the dirtiness of the linens & pillows. The most annoying thing about that suite is the noise, it sounded like a boom box from somewhere, it’s going from 5pm to 3am the first night & 1am to 4am the second night. I’ve complained to the hotel, but they didn’t find anything! Wish they could’ve change my room, but they didn’t even offer. I won’t go back to this hotel in the future.

So paying top dollar and 50 dollars parking and we check in they tell us the slides just closed and open again at checkout time tomorrow. I only booked this expensive room so the kids could slide. I demanded a refund and checked in elsewhere. I am sure they will fix this rediculous policy which ruined our stay.

Great view. Horrible noise from guests above us. They let their children run back & forth which made for a very noisy evening.

Pros: Three water slides at the pools, beautiful view of the marina from hotel room, centrally located, safe and secure, daily credit for food and beverage, kayak or paddle rental included. Cons: housekeeping doesn’t clean room daily if length of stay is under 5 days, fan in bathroom was not working, sliding glass door was difficult to open on balcony, room cleanliness was sub par( items from previous guests left in drawer and on floor). Only two hour booking window for pools each day for hotel guests/reservation. Water slides available from 11-6 pm.

I didn’t like that you have to purchase four at the pool in order to by a beer, some times you just want to drink

Nice place to stay ..............................

If you're looking for a nice hotel stay that's family friendly, has views of the water, 3 minutes to Sea World and is affordable, the Hyatt Regency is a great choice. The property is beautifully kept and green. The restaurant has good options for every meal on the moderately priced range. The pool is heated and has plenty of space for sunbathing and taking a dip. (I suggest reserving a cabana.) The kids loved the water slides, too. Also, kayaks and paddle boards are available for free for the first hour. One complaint against this hotel is not against the hotel, per say. The general store on premise has varying hours that are not always accurate. You may find yourself driving off for that late night craving. COVID-19 measures consideration: Mandatory mask wearing throughout. There is no house keeping. If you need extra towels, pillows, etc., you may text message the hotel. We found that out requests were met anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes. Indoor seating for the restaurant is not available and outdoor seating is limited.

The property is beautiful and clean. It is so close to Sea World, Mission Beach, downtown, the airport. There is a pool with a waterslide. We received free vouchers for 1 hour kayak or paddle board rentals on the marina. The only negative was the spa was closed due to covid but honestly still 5 stars because it was a great experience. Staff is friendly, there is texting room service. I will stay here again and again.

Very disappointing stay. I expected some type of CLEANLINESS especially during these Covid Times. Room had food under sofa.

Everything is good. Food took forever. Qqwwqwwwwwqqqqqqqqqqwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwaww
