The description of the view of ocean was spot on. The cleanness of the room could have been a bit better. Serve at restaurants was good. Overall a nice stay

Such an amazing property and view, I stayed an extra night! I would highly recommend the ocean view as the sun set from the room was amazing! The staff were very helpful and plenty of parking. They even had a big light on my motorcycle and a guard. Due to Covid I didn't get to experience the spa but I WILL return. A Few times. Really had a blast and made some great memories.

This was the perfect place to meet my daughter and grandaughter for a short stay. My grandaughter really loved the pools, my daughter and grandaughter had a great time kayaking, and I appreciated the personal attention by the staff. We all really enjoyed our stay, and I would not hesitate to stay here the next time I am in San Diego.

The location was great, however the property is in need of some updates and freshening up. We stayed in the marina view suites and the room was nice and spacious, but the smell was a bit musty and the carpet felt damp when we walked in. After a hot sweaty night when A/C didn't even get a little bit cooler at the lowest setting, we realized the thermostat was broken. It was repaired the next morning, but we already spent our first day in a hot box in the middle of summer. Also, the mattress was sagging and the pillows were more like the size of throw pillows and not dense enough to support my head. Ended up with my head laying on the mattress after about 10 seconds of laying on the pillow. Also, with covid preventing room cleaning from happening, keeping our 4 towels clean and dry during our 3 day stay proved to be difficult with only 1 hook to share amongst 4 guests. Adding several more hooks to the bathrooms that have 2 beds will be very helpful. On the bright side, the view of the marina was quite nice, but the sliding door did not shut all the way and therefore couldn't be locked at all. The property is dog friendly with patches of grass and complimentary poo bags and wipes for the pet owners to use which was a nice touch. Overall, minor inconveniences, but still a good time. However, I would look at other properties if I were to come back to the stay in the area.

We would definitely stay here again. We had a great time despite the worlds current situation. We felt safe being @ the Hyatt. Dog and kid friendly. The room was clean, simple and fit all 3 of us. Not too far from the water, matter fact, you can see the bay from our balcony on the 4th floor. We had a view of the pool as well. We were able to see the sunrise and set. They gave us an hour of free stand up paddle board and the one hour was good enough. We rented a kayak as well for an hour and just hung out not too far from the rental place. I would highly recommend for families.

I stayed 2 nights over the 4th of July weekend and it was great. The view from the room was amazing! The only thing I was bummed out about was that they are currently not doing any room service or house keeping.

It's location on the marina is ideal for excursions.

Great place, very quiet, close to everything. Will def recommend

its In a great location, fun place to stay. Nice staff, clean, beautiful views.

Excellent place to stay for visiting SeaWorld and San Diego Zoo

Great experience I had a wonderful stay can’t wait to return

View and property were just beautiful!! The only problem was the rude staff when checking in, but other than that, this place was amazing!!

The ocean view is amazing!! So comfortable and pleasing. I think paying $40 for parking is excessive. I understand a lot of people come to the area for the boats but still. Also, I didn’t appreciate when I called in earlier to request a early check-in, I was guaranteed a room. When I got there the lady checking me in had no idea what I was talking about and was rude about it. I was irritated as the couple checking in next to me had the same room, same view, and got a room on the spot. Overall, I would come back. Just watch out for the fees!
