Fantasy Springs Resort Casino

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Staff and service was excellent. Rooms are a little dated but has all the amenities and the sheets and towels were quality. Hot water in the shower never got as hot as I prefer, but it was warm. Would definitely stay there again. Great restaurant choices and very nice roof top bar. This hotel is attached to a very smokey casino, but if you stay on the hotel restaurant side of the facility you won't be affected.

Took one look and just could not check in...a very heavy smell of Pine Sol.

The swimming pool was great, open to midnight. Really good buffet, casino was ok, not a bad place to stay if you are just passing through and need one night. The area is new and soon there will be a gas station nearby.

We have stayed at Fantasy a few times in the past. It was our anniversary on 7/1. We received an email advertising a firework spectacular so we thought it would be fun to stay again. Upon our arrival we find out Orbitz had canceled our reservation due to a mistake on their part. Then barely were able to get a room that night due to full booking. Then were rudely informed that the firework show was for employees only and that we could stand in the parking garage and watch them if we wanted. The email said nothing about it being for employees. We would not have gone on that date if we had known. It was our anniversary, we wanted something special. Usually we go to Las Vegas. They should not have sent us that email. Simple as that!

New casino with very clean rooms. Our room smoke free and fresh. Lobby to parking area very close. No need to drag suitcases thru casino. Large pool water clean.

After riding motorcycles in 95 degree weather we were happy to have a nice clean room, AC that worked, a very nice bar on the 12th floor with great views, room service with extensive choices for room service, best barbecue chicken pizza we've ever had, fast service, etc. Would look forward to staying there again and checking out the casino.

Experience over all was good. Found an empty diet coke bottle sticking out from under bed upon check in, kind of made me wonder what else had been overlooked by housekeeping. Disappointed there wasn't a closet to hang clothes in or store luggage..

The location is not good. Very Windy outside. So you won't be going near the pool. Nothing to see or do in the nearby area. The hotel is quite or boring (you chose). The price is high for what you get. You can get more for your money somewhere else, so shop around.

We stayed there to see tennis at Indian Wells. I would stay there again. Only drawback is that tennis facilities are a bit away from hotel.

Getting to do everything in one day......bowling...bingo...horse racing...gambling....hot tubbing......CUPCAKES!!!!....what more do you need?????

good place for stay. too far from LA. 30-40min longer than Morongo or aqua caliente.

Hotel was very clean. Nice gym and very good restaurant options. Room was clean well furnished. Staff was all very friendly. Overall, a very good value.

We were very pleasantly surprised . from the valet who greeted us with a big smile and a bottle of water it very hot that day .to the worm welcome , smile and prof. of the check in clerk TO the bell hop who went out of his way to bring us some ice in a metal ice container not a plastic bowl you get in a motel or hotel . The room was very nice , clean well worth the money .The pool was crystal clear We celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary . we mentioned it to the staff on check in while we went out to dinner they delivered a plate of chocolate strawberries , with a card wishing us a very happy anniversary .that made my wife very happy. We hade dinner at the Buffet it was a little expensive but when you enter and you are seated you can see why. There is no plastic cups there glasses look like cryistal , Table ware , feel and look like real silver ware. . no paper napkins , real napkins and the plates were real glass not plastic. the food was fantastic everything was freshly made .the shrimp were JUMBO shrimp I give them a 5 star rateing. staff were very friendly they clear your table right a way to make room for your next round to the Buffet . . Now about the casino. I play the slot machines. I have played in Las Vegas , Laughlin Nv. and the casinos in the inland empire. there slots are too tight .I spent $300.00 on different slots only won $ 20 dollars . So to prove my point that they were to tight I stopped at the Morango casino on the way back home I Put A $ 10 Dollar bill in the first dollar machine I seen 3 COIN MAX and I won $500.00 on the first spin. other than the casino I would very much recommend The Fantasy Springs Resort. to celebrate a special event or just to pamper your better half .

Room smelled staff was in continent in route safety was a concern six police officers in the parking garage road was hard to find Casino was overwhelmed with smokers parking was very difficult

The room clean, every staffs there are friendly and helpful. The price is affordable but there is resort fee which I wish they should let customers know up front when booking. I didn't know till I check in at the hotel. The food at the buffet restaurant inside the resort is delicious and worth to try out.

Very nice lobby, pool, fitness center, and room. Lots of in house restaurant choices.

Very fancy hotel lobby and pool and several nice restaurants attached. Free parking. Rooms are nice and comfy. Solid four star. Unbeatable value since I booked at $80 for one night

I stayed at Fantasy Springs on an overnight business trip the hotel was great, staff was very curtious, and the rooms were very clean. I would deffenitily recommend this hotel.

Located close to the freeway, extremely quiet, easy parking, great food, helpful and well trained staff. The casino is part of the facility along with the theater, but all are architecturally separate enough to be independent. Restaurants are very good.

We're not into casinos, golf, or any other of the hotel's attractions- in fact, we didn't like the atmosphere- we just needed a place to stay and this was a good deal for the quality. We liked the pool, had a crib brought up for the baby, and everything was clean. That's all we can really ask for.
