Rude upon check in. Pools were nice but when we got up on our second day t was obvious they hadn't cleaned the pool decks. Empty bottles under lawn chairs, cigarette butts and buckets of empty glass beer bottles. I picked up several buckets and cigarette butts and gave them to the staff so my kids could have a clean area to play. Also noticed kids pants and underwear on the ground from the day before. Gross. Even after giving staff all the trash they didn't come over to inspect area and pick up remaining bottles and empty cups. I didn't plan a stay at a super 8 (which are actually usually so clean!) - don't charge me a "resort" fee if you're not gonna properly clean. I do enough housework at home. I expected better for my weekend vacay. Boo

Towels are like sandpaper...coarse and hard. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

I got there at 12am and left at 9am... that chafed me 529

Suburb staff. Excellent pools and restaurants...................

The title says it all. This place lost its flair since becoming the Regency. I wanted the well maintained and reasonably priced Grand Champions back. I went all in for the wife's birthday and got the two bedroom villa. The room was dusty, backyard patios dirty, and the size was much smaller than advertised. Normally, I would let an average room rating go, but the room was not ready until 5pm. I had to wait with the wife and mother-in-law for an hour at over $500 a night. All we got was a $50 room credit and an appetizer in the bar. Neither of these we really wanted because we wanted a pm check-in. Staffing was very low and did not even get contacted by their signature butler service until day two. All that being said, the room had great bathrooms, but would I recommend the Villas? No. Marriott Villas are nicer and more reasonably priced. Now I know why they do the "upgrade" deals. It is because the rooms and service are not worth the full price. I recommend Marriott Villas and Ritz Carlton Spa Suites if you want to splurge. This place is dated and comes in a distant third on room quality, service, and price. There were a few helpful staff but they were so busy trying to pick up the dropped balls of their fellow staff, they did not make much of a difference. I am disappointed that I had to write this review as this used to be a nice property. Now it is just an average place.

7 pools. Quiet. At golf. Exceptional servers. Good though overpriced food and drinks.

Surfed so many epic waves right in front of the hotel. When I couldn't paddle anymore, I came in to play golf on all three courses. EPIC Weekend

Beautiful views and very resort type feel. My wife and I enjoyed the service, staff and overall ambiance!

This is our first time staying at the Hyatt in the desert. It was a great experience for the most part. The service and room comfort the best, rooms are very large compared to most standard rooms. Only negative was the spa experience. 2 of our 3 services were inadequate. We asked for a refund for 2 massages. The worst we had ever had. Fortunately Beth the spa manager was very accomodating, understanding and disappointed that we didn't enjoy the services. She granted our request for a refund for the 2 massages...Otherwise the spa was very nice and other services we received were great!

Great hotel and location. we live locally in the area and our a/c went out so I chose this hotel over all others based on my previous experience there.

This is a great little(not so little) getaway spot. Discovered it last trip out. Came across a great deal and couldn't pass it up! Reguardless of the deal this place is very nice! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Awesome breakfast in the morning overlooking the golf course. Extraordinary!! I recommend the. IW eggs. So yummie!! Has adult pool which was nice for us!! Loved it!!!!

Took the family here for a weekend getaway to kick off the start of summer. I only wanted the Hyatt or Omni and the Omni was booked. The amenities were fantastic, however the general pools could have been bigger. We have stayed at JW Marriott Desert Ridge in AZ and that pool area was awesome. Nothing has topped that pool area. The food at the Hyatt pool area was delicious and prices were decent. We ordered food everyday at the pool. The surrounding Indian Wells area has plenty of shopping and restaurants. Overall a terrific trip and would come back.

it was cool! I enjoyed my stay resort tranquil environment

Staff was excellent. Couldn't ask for better service.

We so enjoyed our time at the Hyatt in indian Wells. From the moment we arrived the staff was most welcoming The room was so nice and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Its a nice property but nothing special. The location is centered in the middle of the valley so that makes it easy to get around

Great property close to the Tennis arena, rooms are huge and with great setup (sitting area is two steps down from the sleeping area), the pool are is huge and feels very cozy, with lots of trees providing shade for those who need it, the restaurant is great, I can highly recommend "The Omelette" in the morning, one of the best omelettes I ever had

We got a one room villa paid 315 a night: on too of that got charged 10.00 to park every night. Plus 10.00 to use internet which didn't work well at all. Room was pretty dirty when we arrived and the house cleaners never really cleaned it that well the whole time we were there. Overall everyone was very friendly and it was a nice hotel...I just thought for what we paid it wasn't worth it

we enjoyed the use of the tennis courts and pools. The restaurants are beautiful.. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great for my freinds and myself. Will be going back.
