There is a parking fee of $32/night. There are also daily resort fees. I would have chosen this property regardless of the fees, but on some trips these fees would have deterred me from staying at the location.

Hotel was nice except for parking charges .. alot of walking to find places, limited dining.. Tia Carmen breakfast was below average.. pool was nice except for the staff freaking out over the tubes being everywhere.. margaritas were amazing..

We had a wonderful time here at the Hyatt. It was a "sisters" trip and we wanted a nice pool with poolside service. We rented a cabana and it was lovely. The hotel was the perfect getaway for us...we just kicked back and enjoyed our time together. Agua Caliente Casino is nearby and we went there for a couple hours. We enjoyed the lazy river and there were a ton of youngsters having a blast going down the water slides. Hyatt always has such beautiful hotels and we are never disappointed. (P.S. The Hyatt in Playa Del Carmen is amazing!)

Great Resort with Top Notch Pools

Room was large, clean and modern. The resort was gorgeous, staff friendly and pool complex amazing. The water in the pools was perfect and the lazy river was a highlight. Dining options were numerous and pretty decent.

Terrible experience. The room smelled of offgassing plastic. Every time we returned, we had to air it out. The air conditioner was unbelievably noisy. You advertise room service, but it only happens begrudgingly and the server couldn't wait to explain things and literally dropped our tray and ran. In addition to the room, delivery charger is a service charge, but the person delivering the room Service said that was not a tip. Seemed like a rip off. The restaurants were subpar with respect to food, quality, and service. The drinks were watered down and not very good. You should invest in some bartenders who know what they're doing. The pay-per-viewmovies that we had intended on watching was unavailable in the evening when we wanted to watch them because of some technical issue. On the plus side, the valet guys were very nice. But that's not enough for us to ever consider returning. You guys get an F.

This resort was amazing. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom villas with other family members. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.

There was not a lot of open seating by the pools unless you reserved a cabana or got the pool early in the morning to reserve seats

Fantastic experience- an amazing family resort. My little boy loved the water park soooo much. It was completely worth it. Everything was wonderful from start to finish and would highly recommend for a family mini getaway.
