While the facilities were very clean and the pool was well-maintained, there were groups of people around the pool playing their boom boxes and singing out loud. Of course, there is nothing wrong with singing, but playing boom boxes around pool at this type of hotel should not be permitted as it feels like an invasion of everyone’s space.

not enough staff, too expensive for the service provided

very nice resort. the only thing that was disappointing is that they closed the sauna that was in the bathroom next to the quite pool. I really enjoyed using it in the mornings :(. Besides that my wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and stylish hotel. Stayed in villa, room was big.

They had Very nice rooms and great service good food

Great placeand will stay again! Place is clean and staff is friendly!

Miramonte is in a great location in Indian Wells, on Hwy111 and just across from the IW Golf Club. There is a nice, large pool and Spa Services on site. The lobby and restaurant in the main building have been updated and are very moden. Food very good!! Staff friendly and helpful. The downside is that the most (all?) of the rooms have not yet been updated, and while large, they are dated and worn decor. Nice 2nd vanity counter and a small refrigerator in the room (which froze everything we put in there including our yogurt for breakfast). And internet was spotty for two of our days while there. Would like to take another look after the re-modeling is done...

Paid $440 for one Saturday night. I expected more. What I got was an average room, surrounded on two sides by parking Iot, noisy, doors slamming at all hours. Ate at the empty restaurant which subtly smelled of frying grease. Later, my clothes smelled the same way. Checking out next day, the grease smell wafted into the lobby, which left a lasting impression. I just don’t get the value of Miramonte Indian Wells Resort.

Add about $40/night to whatever Orbitz is quoting because that is the resort fee which does not include spa access and other amenities listed. Some guests were not happy about how the resort was advertised through orbitz. They’re basically $300/night rooms.

We stopped here on our way to Arizona for one night. The heat was unbearable, but the hotel was cool and comfortable. We were able to dress casually, but eat a full meal in the hotel lounge. We enjoyed the pool in the early morning before it was too hot. The staff were attentive and pleasant.

Not impressed with this hotel and had a bad experience with the air conditioning going out, plumbing issues and other tenants being extremely loud.

My earrings was stolen , and of course reception did not help to find. Room was dirty and smelled weird. Pool was dirty .

Very relaxing and quiet. This was my second time staying and I enjoyed it once again.

We were here for a family getaway for 3 nights. The property is great including location. The staff needs to focus on good customer service- every morning the housekeeping staff would come around 9:30 am and when we would tell them to come later, they would make weird expressions! The linens were soiled as we had two kids and the staff didn't change those. Suggest a focused approach on providing basic customer service be imparted in the staff..

This place is nice, not terrible. It likely was much nicer some years ago. The staff are not well trained, are overworked or some combination of the two.The person who checked me in was cold and uninviting. We had some issues that took far too long to resolve - our patio chair broke and took half an hour to replace; the happy hour discount did not get applied to our bill and took twenty minutes to correct; our room service meal was a joke and we were charged for the entree replacing the dish that was not worth the menu price, even though my wife ate separately from me twenty five minutes later. Orbitz should not rate this hotel as 4-stars. It is not. The TV does not have a single premium channel. Bath robes are not provided with the room. Orbitz should also specify the location is more than thirty minutes from Palm Springs. I should have mapped it in advance and I did not, but it is farther than I would have expected. Generally, it is clean and quiet. The pools are nice. There is ample parking. The fire circles are a great place to relax with a drink. There were no major issues, simply a number of minor ones that accumulated such that it was difficult to feel completely at ease.

Went down for a concert and had no problems at the hotel. The spa was terrific and the staff was great. We will return

enjoyed my stay very much, clean rooms and helpful responsive staff

Very quiet area. We didn't know there was anyone else there until we went to dinner. The restaurant was top-notch with foods from the area and fresh vegetables. Our server was pleasant and attentive. This resort offered 2 pools with plenty of amenities as well as a spa. We had a problem with our shower and after a call to the desk, the maintenance technician solved it quickly! Cudos to Meesel!

The hotel is in a nice location but the room was extremely dirty, the hallway was horribly dirty, and the breakfast was terrible. The only good thing about the hotel was the manager in the morning he was very nice and took out the bill of the breakfast. His name is Jose. If you are going to this hotel make sure to ask if the room is clean.

Thank you for your review. We are so glad you thought the hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained. I am so sorry you did not enjoy the other guests of the hotel at the pool. We do our best to resolve guest conflict involving other geusts and it sounds like we fell short this time. We hope you will return and give us another chance one day.

Holiday weekends are our busiest, and we always try our best to provide exceptional service. It sounds like we fell short and we apologize for that. We hope you visit again and see how we've improved.

Kevin, I apologize for any confusion that was advertised on Orbitz. I do hope you enjoyed your stay with us and hope to see you back at our property, I would like to personally welcome you back to the property. The resort as you know has a new restaurant and a newly reopened Well Spa.
