We stopped here on our way to Arizona for one night. The heat was unbearable, but the hotel was cool and comfortable. We were able to dress casually, but eat a full meal in the hotel lounge. We enjoyed the pool in the early morning before it was too hot. The staff were attentive and pleasant.

Not impressed with this hotel and had a bad experience with the air conditioning going out, plumbing issues and other tenants being extremely loud.

My earrings was stolen , and of course reception did not help to find. Room was dirty and smelled weird. Pool was dirty .

Very relaxing and quiet. This was my second time staying and I enjoyed it once again.

We were here for a family getaway for 3 nights. The property is great including location. The staff needs to focus on good customer service- every morning the housekeeping staff would come around 9:30 am and when we would tell them to come later, they would make weird expressions! The linens were soiled as we had two kids and the staff didn't change those. Suggest a focused approach on providing basic customer service be imparted in the staff..

This place is nice, not terrible. It likely was much nicer some years ago. The staff are not well trained, are overworked or some combination of the two.The person who checked me in was cold and uninviting. We had some issues that took far too long to resolve - our patio chair broke and took half an hour to replace; the happy hour discount did not get applied to our bill and took twenty minutes to correct; our room service meal was a joke and we were charged for the entree replacing the dish that was not worth the menu price, even though my wife ate separately from me twenty five minutes later. Orbitz should not rate this hotel as 4-stars. It is not. The TV does not have a single premium channel. Bath robes are not provided with the room. Orbitz should also specify the location is more than thirty minutes from Palm Springs. I should have mapped it in advance and I did not, but it is farther than I would have expected. Generally, it is clean and quiet. The pools are nice. There is ample parking. The fire circles are a great place to relax with a drink. There were no major issues, simply a number of minor ones that accumulated such that it was difficult to feel completely at ease.

Went down for a concert and had no problems at the hotel. The spa was terrific and the staff was great. We will return

enjoyed my stay very much, clean rooms and helpful responsive staff

Very quiet area. We didn't know there was anyone else there until we went to dinner. The restaurant was top-notch with foods from the area and fresh vegetables. Our server was pleasant and attentive. This resort offered 2 pools with plenty of amenities as well as a spa. We had a problem with our shower and after a call to the desk, the maintenance technician solved it quickly! Cudos to Meesel!

The hotel is in a nice location but the room was extremely dirty, the hallway was horribly dirty, and the breakfast was terrible. The only good thing about the hotel was the manager in the morning he was very nice and took out the bill of the breakfast. His name is Jose. If you are going to this hotel make sure to ask if the room is clean.

Was in town for a weekend getaway with my wife. Resort was awesome. Just what we needed. Room was bigger than expected and staff was friendly.

Before our trip I read some reviews that made me question staying here, but I am happy to say that our experience was very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were recently renovated and are very nice and clean, beds were incredibly comfortable. We had 3 rooms and they were very accommodating with keeping our rooms in the same building. I have stayed other places with multiple rooms and they were nowhere near each other. One person had to change rooms because the door was hard to close due to the pile of the new carpet that had just been put down the week before. She was moved to a nicer room in the same building. All of the staff I had interactions with were polite and ready to help with anything we needed. The property is beautifully landscaped and pool was very refreshing from the 106 degree weather. We were all in agreement that we would return.

Had a 2-queen room with balcony on 1st floor. Overall, worth the deal ($120/night + $30 fees). It's about 5 minutes to the closest store. Pretty grounds. Interior a bit dark, but spacious.

Nice rooms and property. Only one place to eat and very pricey!

We enjoyed the pool and associated amenities. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Stay was okay. Rooms are old and needs remodeling. We booked two estate rooms. Website said with balcony but once we checked in and was told we had two estate rooms, however, one room was half the size of the other room, had no balcony, just a small window and did not have a second sink like the other room. The hotel upgraded us but moved us buildings away from our 2nd room and would not upgrade the 2nd room. Very annoyed because we may not have known they were giving us a cheaper room if we did not have the other one to compare with. Bed was pretty comfortable but room was very old. Paint missing off sink and bath tub. Also, first room that we checked out of had hair and other dirt in the sink as if it was not cleaned.

Very nice hotel, comfy bed , nice pools , plenty of parking . Love the bar at the pool . Will come back again .

This resort, as a whole has beautiful Spanish architecture and looks lavish with nice golf accomodations. But there's big need to improve and update. For the most part, it's a conference resort. There were three conferences going on while I was there. My room was on the far back side of the hotel. My room is in serious need of a redo. My biggest beef is the lack of concern for safety. As a single woman, being placed way in the back of a resort without proper lighting and security staff is a big issue. As I think about it, the front desk people should be educated on women traveler safety. They were perfectly happy to help out with dinner reservations but didn't do or say anything when I had to call and complain. So, on to the nitty gritty. The lighting in front of the door and in the back porch were both broken. By the way, there are frequent robberies and break-ins at these resorts, so it's a big issue. The sliding glass door wouldn't properly open and close. One of the lamps in the room was broken. A repair man did show up about three hours after my call. He was unable to fix the light in the back porch. He put the sliding glass door back on track. (Did that mean someone had tried to take it out before?) He then told me that I should never keep it open in the evening to let the nice fresh air into my room. They've had problems.... The room itself was in need of repairs. The Mattresses on both queen size beds were quite worn and lumpy. The linens and pillows were nice. Bathroom trash can was missing (I used an ice bucket.) Furnishings had numerous nicks. Carpeting was worn and had just been cleaned. There were still damp patches which emitted a slightly moldy odor. The solution was to put on the air conditioning to suck the moisture out. Main dining area has a nice wine list. Food was decent, but nothing amazing which your clients will remember.

Nice central location, with excellent food options and nice amenities.

Nice staywould recommend place to stay for friends had a great time rooms clean great stuff
