The hotel looks nice. However, the floors are make noise when you walk and you can hear people walking or running upstairs which is very disturbing when you try to sleep. Also, the heaters are very noisy. We could not get a good night sleep because of the noise.

The b do hurt my friends back and we had to be moved due to a horrible smell. The elliptical was broken and no one seemed to care. The breakfast was lacking. For $300 per night I expected more

Very nice, priced well, I will stay again. I was not able to enjoy all the amenities offered.

On line there was no choice for how many beds. It said 1:king or 2 doubles .. as one choice. Suite as another. I clicked on the room that said 1 king or 2 doubles. Normally I would clock on the 2 bed option.. when I was tired and checking in.. the guy that checked us in did not ask our bed breference and checked us two male co-workers into a room with 1 king bed.. never mentioned it.. it happens to be the farthest room from the lobby and we had to go back to the check in counter to switch it..

The room had a terrible smell in it when we arrived but we kept the screen door open to get rid of it. Morning breakfast was a disappoint. Can't believe you need a coupon to just sit down.

The hotel is very old. The bad smell is pretty much every where, in the hallway, in the room. The drain in shower is extremely slow. The floor is terribly noise, squeaky. You get "wake up call" every morning as soon as people living on the upper level start walking. The breakfast is disappointing too.

Hotel has easy access, free parking, frank's place bar and grille inside, complimentary breakfast which was delicious (coffee, eggs, waffles, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, juice, plenty for everyone). Pool and jacuzzi open year round. Great price, clean room, highly recommended for an affordable and comfortable stay

Nothing fancy or special, cost is not inline with the quality of the hotel.

The hotel is older and it shows but still nice. The staff is very professional and I saw several guests going out of their way to say hi and talk to hotel employees. I think that says a lot for the staff. The room was clean and well maintained. The access to parking was convenient and the hotel is right on the main road that connects all the cities of the Coachella valley.

It was my boyfriend's birthday so I wanted to make it extra special. The last time I recall being at this hotel it was nice and reasonable price. I was disappointed at first that I wasn't able to book it at the price I wanted but I wanted a nice getaway. We both are light sleeper and have major insomnia. They had placed us in a room right next to the elevator and where the ice machine was so there was some humming noise when we were in the room. I quickly asked for another room away from people and distractions so they placed us on the third floor. We thought we were away from everything and everybody until we were just fell asleep and loud music came on at about 1:30 a.m. and people talking laughing loudly. I called the front desk and they said that they would take care of it. To make the long story short, this went on til 4:30 in the morning when the police came and broke down the door next door. Needless to say, we both did not get any rest or sleep for the romantic getaway weekend. I requested for a full refund the next day but they said since I bought and paid for the room through Orbitz, that I should request through you guys and ask for Jennifer the manager there because she authorized it.

We’ve spent the last two years at The Indian Wells Resort Hotel for our annual Thanksgiving pilgrimage. The staff was consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful. As guests, we always give a little extra effort to express our gratitude to the staff for being there over the holiday- caring for our needs at the expense of being with their own families. It would be lovely if all parents, especially those who ensconce their families on the second floor, provide guidance to their children about running loudly in hallways or jumping from the bed onto the floor, especially after 10:00 pm. We especially enjoy the history of the resort, and encourage the establishment to continue honoring those who were part of the whole story. Our suite was spacious, clean, and well designed for traveling with a handicapped elder. The view of the hills, palm trees, and golf course was lovely. Located in Indian Wells, there is a feeling of being a comfortable distance from the hustle and bustle of nearby communities. A microwave oven would be a welcome addition. A few minor fixes would also be appreciated: repairing a broken slat in the louvered blinds on the sliding glass door of the sitting room; setting the clock by the bedside to the correct time or providing written instructions for doing so; providing a written list of channel selections and general instructions for operating the television. We look forward to returning to our home away from home.

This hotel was great, suites were very roomy, price of rooms were worth it- the only thing I thought was a JOKE was the Breakfast buffet, no fresh fruit, no eggs, OJ was warm, stale bread. I get it Continental, but for the price and the class, it really needs an up grade.

Staff were friendly and we had a good experience but the room where we stayed smells weird ;(

We stayed at the Indian Wells Resort Hotel while in Palm Springs for a wedding in October, 2017. The hotel was a bit old & out dated. The pillows felt like little bullets. The AC would run for about 1-2 mins, then turn to fan for 1-2 mins, then turn off for about 5mins, then turn back on. The breakfast buffet was disappointing as it was all carbs (cereal, fruit, bagels, muffins, ego waffles, oatmeal); there was some peach yogurt, but I don't like peach flavored things. Eggs and bacon would have been nice.

Frank's Lounge show was good. Breakfast was t e r r i b l e. Room was loud - loud neighbors, loud cars outside.

Breakfast was uninviting. Place was dirty. Sudafed left in hallway for two days. Rooms had an unpleasant odor to them. It was inexpensive to stay, I guess yiu get what you pay for? Will not be staying here again. Hotel staff was congenial.

My rental got damaged in the hotel's parking lot. Not assistance from the hotel, no camera and lighting for parking lot area poor.

Very old and dirty hotel . 1 small pool for 250 people , even we didn't go in the pool

There were bugs in my room and the hallway carpet was filthy. They also have an antiquated reservation system that allowed two unknown charges to my room. I think it needs a major remodel. The location was good but I would not stay here again unless they ungraded it.

Awesome cozy friendly beautiful view love mountains great weather
