One bedroom suite was awesome. Loved the Sinatra impersonator show and the live acts there at night. This hotel was wonderful, nostalgic (Dezi Arnaz & Lucille Ball built it) and a bargain! The suite I had was spacious, clean and very quiet. Thanks again!

Had a great hotel room. Very clean and loved the little patio area you could walk out on.

Comfortable, great area, nice pool. Very patient and friendly staff.

Hotel needs updating. Not kept up. Staff was nice.

Amazing setting on the pool and golf course. Friendly staff. Air conditioner in room 375 not working properly, but otherwise, the accommodations were very nice.

Very nice hotel, close to where we were all day watching professional tennis, they upgraded our room for no extra charge which was very nice and very appreciated.

Broken tv , no valet parking , dirty room with staples on floor my toddler was eating . Stains all over carpet , only one Spanish guy seemed to be helpful during our stay . All staff really unprofessional . Walking through hallways at check in time every door had dirty sheets trash and old food outside door. Worst hotel stay I ever had in my life

Came here to see the Paribas open. Hotel was close and offered an all day shuttle to the tennis park. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was full with tennis fans. Swimming in the pool at 8 am or 11pm is fantastic. The view breath taking. My son and I had a blast so much to do. Joshua tree Indian canyon aerial tramway what a week. Breakfast was good and included!

There was a strange hollow spot in our floor which made it seem like you were walking in a trailer. My only complaint really was how much we could hear our neighbors. It's like the walls were paper thin. Drawers opening, busyness in the bathroom, blow dryer etc. not much the hotel can do about that unless they renovated.

We visited Indian Wells and the general Palm Springs area for the first time. Travelling with my eldest son, we were there to commemorate my mother who had passed away two years ago at the age of 88. She was a great fan of Lucy and Desi, and also Frank Sinatra. The hotel has preserved the 1950s in their entertainment dinner shows every night with wonderful entertainers that impersonate Frank and other well known crooners of that era. The amenities were also excellent... I used the pool and jacuzzi each morning, and we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts. The location couldn't be better near the Indian Wells golf club with beautiful views from our room of the pool out into the golf course. We recommend this hotel. By the way, the award winning pastry chef has well deserved his many awards... we had pastries each evening... the tiramisu was to die for.

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in the developing world. The room smelled like formaldehyde and old people funk, only to be overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette and pot smoke wafting up from the balcony below in the middle of the night. Not only was the bed incredibly uncomfortable, but didn't even come with a blanket, just a sheet. And to top it off, the next morning we went to the parking lot (to leave a day early from our original 2 day reservation) our car window was bashed in. The hotel staff member who helped us clean up the glass in the parking lot informed us that his own car had been broken into once, then actually stolen the week later from the very same parking lot. I'd rather stay in my car (bashed windows and all) than stay at this hotel again.

My room was on the Highway 111 side of the hotel and directly over the dumpster. The road noise and garbage disposal noise was unacceptably loud. This hotel is run down and tired with nightly music in the lounge that was another noise that I had to put up with in my room until the band wrapped up each evening. I did not find the experience relaxing or enjoyable.

Good food. Good bar . Frank was different. In a good way. Rooms needs to be updated. Nice shuttle.

We had a clean comfortable room. The pool was large and not too cold with great music playing. There was a continental breakfast included with cereals, pastry, yougert, drinks, breads, toast, premodern waffles. We had a very nice stay at this hotel.

.......... Great Resort.. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay because it is really GREAT : ) .........

Over all great resort experience. Its a bit outdated but the service and staff is great. I enjoyed the pool area. Room is bit outdated but for the price it was a great stay.

great employees very nice pool and early check in was a breeze!

Would not stay here again. The beds were too small. When I checked in they gave me the wrong room the staff who also checked me in was rude.
