Indian Wells Resort Hotel

Very old and dirty hotel . 1 small pool for 250 people , even we didn't go in the pool

There were bugs in my room and the hallway carpet was filthy. They also have an antiquated reservation system that allowed two unknown charges to my room. I think it needs a major remodel. The location was good but I would not stay here again unless they ungraded it.

Awesome cozy friendly beautiful view love mountains great weather

Staff is friendly , they explain what discount they have .

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The lounge area was very inviting.....reminded me of the old time lounges. The pool area was very nice. Loved the small scale feel over the huge hotel & resorts. The rooms were very nice and clean. I only wish the beds were bigger. Double beds are too small!!!! Overall it was a great two day stay!!! Loved all of the old pictures........

Clean, moderate hotel. Thought it would be more upscale. Unfortunately there was stone work being done near the pool, so it was a bit annoying.

The room was clean and comfortable but the hotel itself was a little tired and in need of some updating. The hallways were a little musty too. Asked the front rest where a particular site was and they had no idea. Then asked for some restaurant suggestions and the young woman looked at me like I was crazy. These basics should be in some kind of book at the front desk so they can just turn the page give you the answer. I'd give the hotel a 3 at best

Since the Indian Wells Resort Hotel charges a mandatory $28 resort fee for self-parking, Internet and continental breakfast. How can Orbitz state it's free? We had 3 devices and the Internet was sooo slow the apps and webpages timed out and could not be displayed. We just turned off Wi-Fi, used the phone cellular and the pages loaded OK. Tried both Wi-Fi networks.

Unexpected stay for my uncle's funeral. The hotel was nice. Our room was spacious and clean. The carpet could be replaced. The breakfast buffet is overrated. Although my breakfast pastry was delicious. I would come back.

One bedroom suite was awesome. Loved the Sinatra impersonator show and the live acts there at night. This hotel was wonderful, nostalgic (Dezi Arnaz & Lucille Ball built it) and a bargain! The suite I had was spacious, clean and very quiet. Thanks again!

Had a great hotel room. Very clean and loved the little patio area you could walk out on.

Comfortable, great area, nice pool. Very patient and friendly staff.

Hotel needs updating. Not kept up. Staff was nice.

Amazing setting on the pool and golf course. Friendly staff. Air conditioner in room 375 not working properly, but otherwise, the accommodations were very nice.

Very nice hotel, close to where we were all day watching professional tennis, they upgraded our room for no extra charge which was very nice and very appreciated.

Broken tv , no valet parking , dirty room with staples on floor my toddler was eating . Stains all over carpet , only one Spanish guy seemed to be helpful during our stay . All staff really unprofessional . Walking through hallways at check in time every door had dirty sheets trash and old food outside door. Worst hotel stay I ever had in my life

Came here to see the Paribas open. Hotel was close and offered an all day shuttle to the tennis park. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was full with tennis fans. Swimming in the pool at 8 am or 11pm is fantastic. The view breath taking. My son and I had a blast so much to do. Joshua tree Indian canyon aerial tramway what a week. Breakfast was good and included!

There was a strange hollow spot in our floor which made it seem like you were walking in a trailer. My only complaint really was how much we could hear our neighbors. It's like the walls were paper thin. Drawers opening, busyness in the bathroom, blow dryer etc. not much the hotel can do about that unless they renovated.

We visited Indian Wells and the general Palm Springs area for the first time. Travelling with my eldest son, we were there to commemorate my mother who had passed away two years ago at the age of 88. She was a great fan of Lucy and Desi, and also Frank Sinatra. The hotel has preserved the 1950s in their entertainment dinner shows every night with wonderful entertainers that impersonate Frank and other well known crooners of that era. The amenities were also excellent... I used the pool and jacuzzi each morning, and we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts. The location couldn't be better near the Indian Wells golf club with beautiful views from our room of the pool out into the golf course. We recommend this hotel. By the way, the award winning pastry chef has well deserved his many awards... we had pastries each evening... the tiramisu was to die for.

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in the developing world. The room smelled like formaldehyde and old people funk, only to be overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette and pot smoke wafting up from the balcony below in the middle of the night. Not only was the bed incredibly uncomfortable, but didn't even come with a blanket, just a sheet. And to top it off, the next morning we went to the parking lot (to leave a day early from our original 2 day reservation) our car window was bashed in. The hotel staff member who helped us clean up the glass in the parking lot informed us that his own car had been broken into once, then actually stolen the week later from the very same parking lot. I'd rather stay in my car (bashed windows and all) than stay at this hotel again.
