Check-In Fees

The stay was fine, however I am offended and appalled that your policy is now $30 for early check-in. We have stayed there many times, however will now compare and possibly change our decision to stay at your hotel. We had plans to meet family at 3 pm so could not drop off our stuff before or check in, because I am not paying $30 to drop my stuff off early. We did not get back to check in until 10 pm. I believe my time is as important as yours, so if early check in is $30/$50, I should get a credit of $30/$50 for late check-in! Completely ridiculous to charge fees for that. If a room is not ready when someone checks in, we have always just been told the room is not ready. Not offensive. If the room is ready but you want $30 for us to check in, OFFENSIVE!

Our room was gorgeous and very spacious but it was not clean . There were stains on the sheets , a broken nail (a lady’s nail) on the couch , white stains on the couch , and dirty rag left on bathroom counter.
