Overall everything looked clean. But when you look closer there were items that could be cleaned better. There was a toothpick on the windowsill. They advertise with a hottub but it's broken/ not in use. The pool was poor and looked nothing like the pictures. It looked disgusting. Shower was also horrible to adjust. Besides that the bed was good.

After checking into our room the bathtub had filled from the drain with dirty, gross water with large particles. We were told to move to another room that was an upgrade. The room we moved to was smaller, dirty, the bed had a large dip in the center that we kept rolling into. Poor nights sleep. There was only one bar of soap and one shampoo without anything else. During the shower, the shower curtain was not snapped on and fell down. The extremely strong shower head pressure poured water onto the bathroom floor without enough towels to clean it up. The faucet couldn’t be tightened to prevent dripping. From dripping, it continued to spray water onto the edge of the tub and floor. The breakfast was $15 per person, very limited and barely warm. When checking out I told them all the problems from the second room and wanted to be sure I would receive the $150 deposit charge, at check in, back. I was told they’d deduct the breakfast charge of over $30 from the deposit. There wasn’t any apology or explanation for our accommodations. I would never recommend this facility.

Outstanding location, near many restaurants and shopping stores. However the rooms are really run down. The paint is peeling off the walls, floors are dirty and cracked. Bed springs are broken and uncomfortable to sleep on. Dusty and dirty, things like the remote control was not wiped down. So crusty. The hotel needs a major update. I only stayed one night and asked to get the second night refunded. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will not return to this hotel.

It could be batter with the maintenance of the bathroom and it could also use a refrigerator and microwave if they can do that other wise it was nice and comfortable need more parking as well
