Lovely stay

A family event. The hotel was lovely, the staff warm and welcoming. The food was good, the restaurants were good, the staff attentive. Only comment is that its overrated and overpriced. And the services are nickel and dimed. The resort fee cannot be redeemed through their silly discounts.

A fine NYE to remember...

The staff was very attentive and hospitable, even during a very busy holiday stay. They certainly seemed to put every effort into providing the best experience possible for everyone with the somewhat dated (in some areas) resources they've been provided. Overall, it was a great and worthwhile visit!

We love this hotel! We go workout every morning on the beach. We love that Duke’s restaurant is just a few blocks away. Every employee we interacted with was professional and more than willing to help with anything. We’ve stayed many times with our family and friends. Great value!

Stopped by early to pay for the room I had reserved for my daughter on Christmas Eve. Valet was very polite and allowed me to park in front while I went in to pay. It was around 11:00 am and I was not expecting to complete the check in process that early but simply put a credit card on file for the room. Jordan was not only super friendly and welcoming she was able to complete everything and give me the room keys so that night my daughter could go straight to her room. Jordan definitely exceeded my expectations and is a great employee! Merry Christmas and thanks again Jordan!
