It was ok.We just stayed overnight.The room smelt like a man’s sweat.Rm 307.The bathroom bowl was chipping and is yellowish.We had to cover it with tissue before using.Location is good.I will still come back next time.Hopefully room will be better.

As usual, when I book through Expedia in hopes of a better rate the hotel takes that as an excuse to provide substandard service, a less than welcoming attitude, and an opportunity to rent me the room nobody else wants or would otherwise settle to rent.

Not worth the money.

Pros: walkable to everything. Basic but decent continental breakfast included. Free parking. Beds are cozy enough. Cons: small, cramped and very outdated rooms. A lot of obvious neglect, both in the rooms and the property itself. Broken hair dryer in room. Broken hot tub. Holiday inn isn’t a bougie chain but it just dropped quite a few notches from this property.

Our stay was good the room was good bathtub excellent shower excellent the only real issue was we were next to the hot tub room where construction went on Tuesday from 8am until about seven super noisy and extremely dusty and unfortunately that dust got in our room and made it difficult to be in there during the construction. We let the front desk know and they never got back to us. Also we requested an additional blanket twice and we never got it delivered.

We reserved a 2 bedroom suite. One bedroom was clearly occupied and not reset prior to our arrival. The bed was slept in and keys were left on the tv stand. Night shift manager said she’d make the bed. But instead brought us the wrong sheets (for queen vs of king size) so my MIL had to make-do. We arrived close to midnight and just needed to retire for the night after a long journey from LA. She also promised to issue us a discount, which was not done when we checked out. Our experience checking in was not recorded as well. Will not book this hotel again.

Communication with staff was a bit of a mess and there was a lot of trash around the complex. They also left bags of dirty linens outside where guests had to walk by them. The room itself was clean and great.

This Holliday Inn has old buildings it is not as good as other Holliday Inn express in Eugene Oregon or Redding CA.
