Second time staying at The Coachmen and it was just as great as the first time. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and there are plenty of amenities .

Good, basic accommodations with no bells and whistles. Excellent location with short 10 min walk to Heavenly Village. Very nice and friendly staff.
The staff were great, the shower was clean, but overall, our stay at The Coachman was disappointing. Mostly because the bathroom was exceptionally small, making it hard to get to the sink if someone was on the toilet. The small, room felt worn and more cabin-like than hotel, and the pillow coverings were too short for the pillows. Having chosen the property because it seemed like a good value for a dog friendly property, it was less than I expected for the price. The common areas are clean and well maintained and the firepits burn 24-7, which might not have been necessary despite the ambience it added to the property.
The hotel was very quaint and cozy! Loved making s’mores at the fire pits every night! Very quite and the staff was amazing and very helpful!
Female staff at checkout could use a bit of happiness and holidays spirit within herself and be friendlier to the guest. She made me feel that she was just doing her job like a clerk with no passion of the coachman left in her. I know it’s a hard time all around for many of us and with a mask on and no one can see your beautiful smile, your tone and show your compassion are important in a service industry.
Beautiful location, well kept. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner (residual hair in the shower/bathroom floor). Front desk staff seemed partial to the younger clientele, I was given less information at check in than others that I witnessed (location of towels at the pool, happy hour info).
The hotel was nice and cozy hotel. The kids loved having beach access, the waffles and making s’mores every night.
