We choose this hotel for being pet friendly and it was but the beach and around it wasn't the checking in very late until 4pm and the room have the shampoo and soap empty i call and text and not answer we have to go to the front desk to get help they aend a girl that did not complete the job the bed super noise like plastic, very hot. The room air conditioning working very poorly unable to sleep people outside walking up and down all night not a great experience

The property was modern and family friendly. We lived the fireplaces and s’mores. Only thing was our shower gel was never filled and our coffee was never refilled. Other than the refills, we would stay again.

False advertising

Booked two rooms. Did not get room type reserved and rooms were across street from one another. Bathroom door in one room didnt work. Asked if possible to get rooms closer together siting this issue. Were immediatly dismissed and told maintenance would fix the door. Maintenance came and just pointed out hinge was bent and left. Continental breakfast not provided as advertised. Mice on grounds. Parking passes issued, but no spaces available. Was told to park illegally in handicap spot and non-parking areas. Lots of cars without passes and no enforcement. No washcloths. Bathroom toilet seat wouldnt stay up. Terrible In-room lighting. Pictures don't compare to what you get. Nowhere in room to sit and relax..metal chairs and a bench. Definitely not 3.5 stars as advertised. No one answered desk calls. Offered a coffee and breakfast burrito as consolation for all the issues. Don't plan on staying here ever again.

This was very expensive for the amenities. Our “suite” was very basic and had no seating area except for a dining table with uncomfortable chairs. The balcony was narrow and had one chair. We did not receive any VIP service at check in (eg free cocktail) and we often had no parking spots available near our room. Also, the fitness room was closed while we were there so our son couldn’t use. We often had to ask for a room refresh ourselves. Overall, location was good but hotel lacked a lot of service and amenities for the price.

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to stay here every time we visit south lake. The place gives lodge-y, communal vibes, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with quality service. It felt like we were cabining in the mountains with friends. We especially loved how the front desk was multipurpose and served as a cafe/coffee shop/wine bar. Oh and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the complimentary s’more kits that seemed to bring the biggest smiles to guests of all ages.
